Le Clos Medicis

The room was well designed with space for everything. I liked the two big windows. The bed linens were soft and comforting. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Housekeeping came in the room even with do not disturb placard out. The breakfast room was a little cramped.

A great location right near the Luxembourg Gardens.

An expensive hotel with a tiny room without any extra perks to justify the high price. The aircon blasted from right beside the bed which was very unpleasant. The breakfast was adequate but the staff were not welcoming.

The location is great, rooms are small (didnt really look like the web site, but it they were fine) good restaurants nearby, didnt feel too touristy which was really good. The chap at front desk was really nice and helpful

The hotel is located in the city centre of Paris, which is not far away from Pompidou art centre. It is easy to get there by taxi from north station of Paris. I visited Paris during my birthday, the receptionist found that my birthday coming in 2 days. Later, she said happy Bday to me on my birthday. I was really happy about it. I brought cake and ate cake in the lobby. There were sofas and tables. I was impressed by two receptionist a lady with short hair and a guy with dark skin, they’re all friendly and nice. The service here was really good. I had an unforgettable birthday in Paris. ;)

The room was a decent size for Paris and came with access to a large terrace area. Unfortunately I didn't make use of that since it was raining on the day that I was in town. The location is ideal for anyone coming from/going to either of the major Paris airports since it is on the RER B line. I was able to drop my luggage off early, as I arrived on a morning flight, and then checked into my room later. I did not take the breakfast, but in the afternoon there was fresh lemon water available and what looked like snacks. This was a great find for the price in a lovely area of Paris - I would definitely stay again!

the hotel is in an excellent location, just around the corner of Luxembourg Gardens and also walking distance from the Pantheon, Latin Quarter, Saint-Germaine and Norte Dame. On top it has a lot of options for dining in the area. Regarding public transportation there options for both train,metro and bus that can take you anywhere in Paris. As for the room it’s what you expect for a hotel of this location and age of the building, like a little smaller room and elevator. Other than that the room that was given to us have a view to the internal yard that is used for chilling and breakfast( we did not opt for breakfast in as we wanted to explore). For the staff I have seen that there is constantly someone available at the reception and the people that handled our check in and check out were very helpful with storing our luggage till the room was ready and post checkout for us to pick later in the day as we had an evening flight. Generally I enjoyed my time in the Le Clos Medicis and will for sure look whether there would be availability when I decide to visit Paris again.

The location is amazing. There are cafés, restaurants and shops right next door and the buzzing atmosphere of the Quartier Latin and St. Germain ten minutes walk away. It's also great being 3 minutes walk from the Luxembourg train station, which is served by the airport connection. Nearest metro is Odeon, which is about 5 minutes walk. The rooms are small (of course, it's an old building in Paris, that's part of the charm). We didn't have breakfast but everything else was really nicely laid on. The rooms are modern and very comfortable with really nice bathrooms. They even managed to get a bathtub in there!

Loved the area and ease of getting to the metro. Rooms had great AC and windows. Always 2 bottles of cold water in the fridge. So Clean and well kept

We spoke little English but they really made little effort to communicate. Never knew what was available to us or if breakfast was even included. They would help the French speaking customers with a smile and we always felt we were an inconvenience

The location is excellent, on a quiet street one block from the Luxenberg gardens. The amenities are excellent, as is the staff.  With all of the twists and turns in our needs, Isabelle was able to work her magic…

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property. Unfortunately for the property, there is a lot of construction going on around them… However, the construction did not inhibit our positive experience. 

Well situated. Easy access from Orly Airport. Reception and other staff most helpful, special thanks to night porter who took the time to check local media for travel information, and recommend rail/metro/bus apps.

Information about hotel facilities could be made more obvious, eg departure times, access to bar on ground floor, how to operate heating thermostats. There a QR code to access information, but not everybody has an advanced phone.
