The breakfast was nice with verities of selection but unfortunately, I had food poisoning a day after. The suite was nice and spacious. One of your staff was able to help which shows they go above and beyond for the establishment

The breakfast was nice with verities of selection but unfortunately, I had food poisoning a day after. The hot point in the room wasn’t working so I couldn’t make food for my infant & toddler after a long day and for the price of the room/facilities included whilst booking, manager should have made sure everything was in order/working before guests checked in.

This property was absolutely perfect. It was super clean, very spacious and had everything you could possibly need and more. My kids loved the fact there was a tv in the bedroom aswell as the sitting room. There was plenty of towels etc. The bed was really comfy as was the couch. Everything was brilliant and probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in. All of the staff were really friendly and polite and could communicate well in English if needed. Breakfast was superb. Overall a brilliant stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Paris especially wanting to stay close to the airport. Taxi is quite pricy and was €40 euro. They do have a shuttle service for €5 however I instead used the free bus, the (43) bus stop is just outside the hotel slightly further up the road and took me straight to the airport (terminal 3).

It is a great hotel if you are planning to stay next to the airport. - Friendly and helpful staff. - Rooms are spacious. - Great and rich breakfast.

- More room amenities could be added. - You cannot order dinner to the room. - A shuttle to the airport would be practical, since almost all guests are staying because of the airport. So you have to always order taxi/uber - and why connecting doors at the corridors are all closed? It is very impractical and obstructing with the luggage. You have to pass by like 4 closed doors to reach your room. Not to mention safety issues in case of fire. How people are supposed to evacuate if all doors are closed?

The room size is good. Room has a small kitchenette, perfect for longer stays and having small kids stuff. Location is good to be between Paris and Disney. Restaurant service was good. Menu not extensive but good enough. The price was good. There is a swimming pool which was a great break.

I booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 small kids. But we received 2 rooms which was only explained at time of check-in. As this hotel has no family rooms. Parking is not free. Bathroom is very small, but the room size makes up for it. During peak breakfast times there can be some delays.

As always we received exceptional service from the staff. There was a problem with our booking coming through from Booking.com and Dylan at reception, along with his colleague whose name I didn't catch, worked dillegently to locate our reservation and resolve the issue. The hotel is always very well presented, welcoming, comfortable and provides a truely superb breakfast.

On this occasion our room had not been cleaned quite as well as usual but it wasn't too bad.

Fantastic hotel 10 mins in a taxi from the airport. Room was very big and spacious with everything we needed. The bathroom was out of this world with an over the bath shower and a double shower cubicle. Both had a waterfall shower and a hand held shower. The variety at breakfast was very good and the food was beautiful. My son used the pool and had the whole pool to himself. The pool facilities were very modern and clean. We only needed the room for one night before travelling home but this hotel was perfect for us.

We went for breakfast at 9.15 and it was very busy.

The hotel is new, clean, comfortable and beautiful. Close to Aeroville mall and 15 min from the airport. They charge 5 euros for the transfer.The fitness center is big and has new equipments. Of course is not a super equipped gym, but enough for the stay. The breakfast is really good. Just missed some whole wheat bread and yellow cheese. In the shower, there are shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Just missed a body lotion.

The dinner menu was very basic. Didn’t have many options. I ordered a bowl that I don’t recommend.And I missed a whole wheat bread and some yellow cheese in the breakfast. The could also have a body lotion in the room.

no every day room cleaning, needed to ask 2x to clean the room. during the "buffet days" there is unfortunately no possibility to order a la carte, while it would be so easy to just arrange a single veggie plate (from the buffet) and serve this. when you do not want the buffet you can order at the bar, but there they serve only pizza's and french fries, nothing healthy.

Nice room for fair price. Everything is clean. Nice touch that there is sofa available in each room. Enjoyed big window in my room with view outside. Supplying enough natural light inside.

I had small issue about not good sealing at my window. Even when i put my hand above this window I could had feel wind going into room. Cuz of this temperature was low. I reported this issue on reception and they imidiately exchanged my room.

The room was spacious and clean . very neat bathrooms . Hot water was available 24/7 . The room service was excellent and Wifi was extermelly good. even though vacation time - had few meeting calls - internet was super good!. The in house restaurant was very nice value for money ! the brekfast had varities and fresh fruits and other things...The front desk was really nice to accomadate our requests and fullfil the requirements.

The shuttle service has to be improved - the hotel is at pretty distance - taxi and uber are the only options to get to the airport and to the city . Shuttle service is not free and not scheduled at all. If shuutle service would be provided - it would be really convenient to travel to airport.
