Hyatt Place Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport

Hotel its new clean, restaurant have a good dishes. Price was good.

There is no toilet brush, cleaners forgot to leave us water after first day we had to remind them, Restaurant it's not working with good time, you cant buy water in the morning (because working after 15:00h) Big cues for the reception, there is a fast CO, but noone using it. A lot of pilots and stewardess are staying there and constantly there are 20-30 people waiting to checkin-out. Breakfast was 25 eur per person, plus kids included (9 y.o) so a bit expensive for 75 eur per family for few slices of bread and some dinner leftovers ;)

It’s big, the structure is modern, the deco is very contemporary. Food was nice. Rooms were clean. The lobby was grand and modern. The hallways were of 5 star hotel standard. The staff were polite and helpful.

There was dust on the light fittings and curtains in the main lobby which was surprising. The toilet flush was faulty. The motorway facing window wasn’t air tight and hence wasn’t soundproof. The housekeeper replaced 4x bath towels with only 2x the second day of the stay.

Excellent breakfast, comfortable beds, flexible check-in check-out times and lots of additional amenities like fitness center and swimming pool which make the stay very comfortable and memorable. Clean and well maintained. Good connectivity to the motorway and less than an hour away from major attractions in Paris.

The whole hotel is overall very good and not much to complain about. The storage lockers in the swimming pool seemed to have a locking issue in many of then. Was well supported by the staff there.

This is a good Hotel near Charles de gaulle airport (Eur13 uber ride). Large comfortable room, big bathroom and nice pool. Very good food in the restaurant. That was a bit pricey (23 Eur for burger) but it was good. Everything was spotless. I'd recommend this hotel. Ps Fridge and kettle in room which was appreciated (not always included in European hotels)

Bed was a bit firm for my taste but I think beds in Europe tend to be firmer. Be careful about the shuttle to the airport as it doesn't run between 10.30 and 6. However uber is available

the property is about 10 minutes away from CDG which is very comfortable after a long haul flight. Room was very clean and the bar /restaurant area was decent.

Airport hotels are meant to have a shuttle bus service. Most do. This hotel had but had limited periods during the day which they operated it so not very convenient. I took a taxi from the airport to the hotel which was approximately 18 euros. On my return the next morning I did book the hotel transfer and it was 3 euros. Very clean shuttle bus and the driver was very polite.

The staff were very welcoming. The room was a good size and comfortable. Some English channels on the TV. Simple restaurant menu but very appropriate for an airport stopover stay.

One of the reasons we booked this hotel was it offered an airport shuttle. It turned out this only operated for a couple of hours morning and night and was charged for. Not a big problem but other places we have stayed offer a free transfer service. It was also on time and effective.

The Breakfast was amazing with a staggering array of choices from juices, fruits, breads, pastries, cereals, hot breakfast choices of eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurts. I have never seen a buffet like this before! And the dinner the night before was also very good. We were traveling from the US with two giant cages for our golden retrievers and three bags and the staff was so welcoming and helpful and resourceful. My husband was not feeling well and Lea went out of her way without asking to get us a room closer to the elevator. This was just a stopover from our long flight till we were picked up the following day to be driven to our home 6 house away. I would choose this hotel again!

What an amazing stay! - The room was just perfect - huge, so as the bed, which was very big and comfy, we found there everything we needed, huge TV with streaming app (so you can stream HBO/Netflix from you mobile phone). Breakfast and dinners was fine also. i also liked its very modern lobby and the stuff was super helpful and kind. We came for an exhibition so we also liked the location.

The location is good when you travel for Expo, since it´s quite close, however it´s not reachable by foot as we thought :) You can rather see motorways and modern buildings around than a typical Paris - for that you need to find a city centre hotel.

Great customer service. Staff was helpful and courteous. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast on-site for €25/person and kids eat free. There was outdoor games and courtyard which was nice for the kids to run safely (there was alot of people smoking there as well). Quick taxi ride to Aeroville shopping centre and airport.

It was €80 for a pizza, salad and steak at the restaurant. The food was average.

Very clean and comfortable. Quite, no noise from other guests. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Mohammed on reception was very friendly and helpful.

Perhaps have 1 bar of soap in each bathroom instead of one and a tissue box in each room instead of just one in the bathroom.
