great location near to the airport but little far from the center. A mall near by have everything you need ,quiet place with comfortable rooms.

while checking in lots of mistakes happened with payment and not focusing of the staff and charging me twice till I stopped them and corrected them .

Very clean, big room (booked the studio), air conditioning and bathroom were my favourites, also having a fridge does a lot. The Spa is nice but only open until 9pm, I usually got back only at 8 from work so didn't get the most out of it.

I wish I could have used the TV as well but it didn't work and staff sometimes couldn't speak English well enough to tell me how it works. The 250€ deposit is a lot as well, I am lucky to have read about it before but it's a lot and they don't tell you until you arrive.

The swimming pool is very nice and so is the little Jacuzzi . We enjoyed the steam and sauna.  good bed good size bathroom & a bar with nice wine. The staff was very nice, and the lobby beautiful. There was a little kitchenette in our room, and they gave us each a bottle of water & coffee.

The room is very stuffy and no air. There’s an air conditioner it just doesn’t work.  The Jacuzzi had so much chlorine in it that it made my eyes tear.  We had dinner, and it was very underwhelming.  breakfast was OK, but for €20 it could have been better. 

I chose this location because of its proximity to the CDG airport, but it’s accommodations were superb. Large room with a balcony, large bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a small kitchenette and a very comfortable bed. I took advantage of the spa and had a wonderful massage. The indoor pool, jacuzzi and steam room were just what I needed after a week in Paris. The hotel is walking distance from the very large shopping mall, Aeroville.

Although I reserved a shuttle to take me back to the airport for 9:00 AM, it arrived 20 minutes late. Allow for extra traffic around the airport.

Proximity to airport, friendly staff (Jaysson made an excellent impression, was super helpful), good bartender, excellent food! (Try the bacon parm risotto!)

It was very good. Rooms exceptionally clean and good facilities although the corridors felt well used. Would be nice if hotel supplied travel info from airport. Was confusing not knowing the area. I chose the hotel because it seemed to be in walking distance of the airport but its not. The public transport was great but complicated to figure out for the first time.

Surprised by the 250 euros damage deposit. Didn't notice this when booking. It was paid back in 2 or 3 days after our stay. Also 5.50 euro tax to pay in addition.

Convenient to both air and rail transport, due to the marvellous shuttle service to CDG Airport. Room was fresh and clean and the bathroom spotless! Loved the toiletries from the in house spa. Very pleasant service in the restaurant. Easy walk to the local restaurant and bakery!

Wifi wasn’t working the first night we stayed. The second night we had trouble contacting reception by phone from the airport - never found out what the problem. Room was overheated and we couldn’t turn it down.

We booked this hotel as a last minute place to relax between our flights and the staff was very helpful and was able to check us in from 12pm until 6pm. We paid full price though and no reduced rate was offered even though we only occupied the room for less than 6 hrs. Couldn’t complain though it was still worth it. we still used the pool and was able to take a nap before our evening flight, which was perfect. it’s about 5 min taxi ride from CDG, which was still rather pricey.

I had a flight cancellation and booked this very late for accommodation until my rescheduled flight . I stayed for 2 nights and it was really reasonably priced. Aeroville is a 15 minute walk and there is a park immediately behind leading to the village. The facilities were fantastic and everything was clean. Noise from the airport wasn’t an issue as the room is well sound proofed.
