Hotel Inn Paris CDG Airport - ex Best Western

Hotel was great! We were helped with early check in, which was amazing cos we were terribly tired, room was cozy, staff attentive and helpful, local little town great to pass the waiting time.

Shuttle bys to the airport was driven by a rather unpleasant man, who was not interested in communicating & just dumped us @ terminal 2 - Now, terminals 2A, 2B, 2C,2D are in one place, while 2E,2F, EG are a good 20 minute walk - Loads Of Fun if you have bags & children to drag along, especially after you've paid to be dropped off@ your designated terminal... Shocking how soooo many people work in the service industry while they should be filling jars or something cos they have absolutely no cognisance of the concept of customer device

There's a cluster of hotels all within a short distance to the airport. If you take a short walk, you'll see some charming restaurants and a nice playground for kids. Cute paved walk ways and a nice green area to relax before heading on the plane. It was a great place to stay outside the heart of Paris so you don't have to worry about travel time TO the airport. I would stay here again because of the proximity to the airport.

The shuttle system from the airport and to the airport is a bit messy. We had to wait for 2 shuttles from the airport before there was room for our family of 4. I booked the 8am shuttle to the airport the next morning but it was full when we arrived. I told the staff that I couldn't be late so he made a phone call to what I assume was another hotel nearby and had them pick us up. So it worked out, but their shuttle system could use some improvement. Maybe they shuttle share between the other hotels nearby?

I forgot a pair of men’s boots at the hotel. I wrote the hotel and Patricia wrote back saying they have the boots . Patricia said I need to arrange pick up and I did . I arrange d to pick up and correspondence with Patricia, but she does not reply anymore. My nephew, MARTIN, who lives in the UK has been handling this for me. I received this message from him today. I have sent numerous emails to the hotel in Paris, with no replies. It doesn’t look like the package has been collected after looking at DHL online this morning, I do not have a correct phone number to call Patricia, and find out what might have happened.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the staff at the reception desk. In particular, Victoria, Eric, and Omar were incredibly nice and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. From the moment I checked in, Victoria made me feel welcome and was very helpful in answering any questions I had about the hotel and the local area. She even helped me with ordering room service and made sure that everything was delivered to my room promptly. Eric was equally fantastic, going out of his way to help me and ensuring that all of my needs were taken care of during my stay. He was always available to provide great recommendations on places to eat and things to do in the area. And last but not least, Omar was an absolute pleasure to interact with. He always greeted me with a warm smile and was happy to help with any request I had, whether it was ordering room service or simply providing me with directions to a local attraction. Overall, the service provided by Victoria, Eric, and Omar at the reception desk was exceptional. They were all incredibly nice, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay with exceptional service. Thank you!!!

The rooms at this hotel are spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax and unwind. Compared to the typically smaller Parisian rooms, the rooms at this hotel are notably larger and offer more room to move around. It was a nice change to have ample space to stretch out and make myself at home. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with spacious .

Due to a number of different reasons, including a National Strike Day, we had a four night stay here. The whole stay there went without a hitch. For the money, the hotel is well priced , the shuttle service excellent, and the breakfast, superb value for money.

To be expected, the hotel does need a bit of TLC in some areas around the hotel, chipped paint around the corridors, water damage in the bathroom at the bottom of the door and so on. This however did not really detract . No information provided on Paris or anything for that matter. None in the foyer either.

We Stayed here for only one night and was very happy. the staff at reception are very friendly and helpful especially Mr Bachir The hotel is very clean, old and very well maintained. The rooms are super quiet even though you basically overlook or near the airport. The room was large for Paris standard and the beds good. The receptionist area at the ground level is very nice and have a good vibe and great view. It is also very easy to get to the terminals from the hotel with the airport shuttle. Very cool place and I will definitely suggest and recommend to friends and relatives.

Breakfast was good, breakfast area/restaurant is modern, light and beautiful (obviously renovated). Hotel is situated in a small town about 15 minutes drive from the CDG airport -perfect for an overnight stay between flights.

Information about hotel airport shuttle bus published at Booking.com and announced in an e-mail send by Booking.com was incorrect - outdated which has resulted in us waiting at the CDG Airport at 23.12 hours (11.12 pm). The shuttle was supposed to be free of charge. That shuttle never came so we had to take an Uber. Hotel is old and outdated - it needs updating.

The hotel was good and close to the airport without being overpriced. The hotel was expensive but this is usual for proximity to an airport in Europe.

I believed in the booking process that it provided a free shuttle. After a long walk and a train we finally got to the shuttle only to be asked for 5 Euros per person payable only by card. The return trip was also billed at the same rate. It is important future bookings are made aware that the shuttle is available at Terminal 2E.

The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. We didn't take breakfast as we thought it was a little expensive but we ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was excellent.

Hotel inn Paris CDG is a difficult name to explain to the taxi driver. Typical response "You want a hotel in Paris? " The machines in the reception area didn't work properly and the receptionist was not very interested in sorting it out.

The staff at reception was extremely cooperative. Particularly Eric and Bachir. I was in awful situation yesterday. Uber dropped me near to hotel. I paid cash and came out. While I walked I realised that I forgot my phone in taxi which by now left. I did not have receipt nor number of taxi. Eric called on my phone though it was an international call. The uber driver lifted the phone after quite a few rings. Eric talked to him in French and convinced him to come back to handover my phone. He came nack and I got the phone back which was a great thing. In the morning Bachir guided me to how to go to CDG 2 Terminal using different modes and their approximate rates. He also told about the nearby restaurents and shops where I can get vegetarian food. Overall it was a very nice experience and I would strongly recommend it to others.
