Golden Tulip Paris CDG Airport – Villepinte

The overall stay was great. I booked and paid for two rooms and I only stayed in one. Error on my part, first time traveling to this country. The room and breakfast were a reason to stay again.

I booked one room and paid for two. After reaching out to the hotel on several occasions they refused to cancel the extra room even after calling and emailing to cancel extra room. Being charged for two rooms when I only needed one room is reason to NEVER book here again. When reserving your room make sure if only one person, you change the 2ppl to 1 ppl or you will be charged for two rooms. In the U.S. when you reserve a room and the reservation says 2ppl, you only reserve one room, unless you select another room. I was traveling alone and assumed I was reserving one room. Still awaiting a refund for second room. ??????

First of all, everyone from the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The receptionist was very helpful, the person taking our dinner order at the bistro also, giving us advice for the right sized meals for our kids, but the biggest WOW we had was the breakfast. Oh-my-god, I always like buffet breakfast, but I didn't expect such a high quality and diversity of food. While some hotels serve frozen food or industrial food at breakfast, in this one everything looked super fresh, even the croissants and pain-au-chocolats were fresh from the bakery, amazing! I am told that Yasmine (the cook) plays a big part in making this magic happen, but the lady and gentleman looking after us on the Sunday morning were amazing too. When I asked him their names so that I could mention them personally in my review, he declined taking personal praise, saying everyone in the staff was doing their best for the guests. WOW!! Oh and the room was great too, comfortable, quiet, we could fit our family of 4 (kids are 10 and 7) thanks to the convertible sofa, which made that room a great value-for-money. I hope we'll be able to stay there again next time we visit Paris.

The pick up and drop off from and back to the airport .so when I landed I was told to stand at the shuttle pickup so I did for 1 hrs until I was told something different and when I got to the main part of the airport I never went inside at first I didn't see Carl's Jr. Later on I walked thur the main part of the airport and than I seen it . The van looked like every other van a d I think if you had the hotels name on it would have made a word of difference. When they handed me my room keys they should have also given me the wifi password and login info.

As always, I like the proximity of the hotel to the CDG Airport, and then of course the rooms are comfortable (even though it could do with a little change of carpeting now for the lower level rooms, but I was upgraded to the 5th floor where the rooms have been recently improved I guess). Their TV is exceptionally clear in fact it is one of the attraction of that hotel to me!

Like I mentioned, they could change the carpets that are showing signs of ageing, they should also resume providing the wondeful cookies they use to provide in the rooms and lastly they should provide english channels/stations in their TV offerings or allow guess to be able to watch Netflix, Amazon and other VOD channels. Also they need to improve the WiFi Speed and signal strenght in the 5th Floor!

The super king size bed was what we like and the kids room where lovely and comfortable . The water in the reception was a very good idea,my family really enjoyed it with different tastes. My regards to Ourida, she is a good staff who knows how to treat strangers with different languages.

The room floor carpet is very very old and dirty. As this is not higienic for little children as they pick up their stuff from the floor and always play on the floor. Can it me change? 🙄 The shower in our room wasn't running properly we had to go use the kids shower and the gym.

free water close to the airport relative good price

don`t get a usb charger on the wall. My luggages was left on the airport, because of cancellation and i went to the reception desk and asked a charger for free but don`t have any if you order a taxi for yourself from the hotel to terminal 1 is 16.50eur this route if the reception book for you is 25Eur??????

The spacious room. The staff who were all super friendly and helpful. Especially Marielle, receptionist in the evenings. Games for kids in the lobby area. Water dispensals in the lobby. Breakfast was good.

The shuttle bus was overbooked. We booked it the night before but other people took our places. The morning receptionist managed to order a shuttle for us at no cost ad we made it on time. The location: surrounded by restaurants at walking distance but a little hard to get to the hotel at first. We managed to book a UBER which saved us time. The AC was great in my room but not working in the kids'room.

It is clean, heigh quality, the bed is awesome it is big and extremely comfortable

The tourists tax was about 9€, that is pretty expensive and was unexpected. Cause we’ve chosen this hotel because it had an offer, but with this tax they don’t mention basically hotel was over our budget. Also we needed to pass through the card for deposit of 150€, just in case we broke anything

Everything! Easy check-in, beds were extremely comfortable, staff super friendly, drinks priced really well and exceptional food!

The only thing that caught me off guard was the €150 deposit as I don't believe I saw any mention of it on this website. But was happy to pay and understood why it was needed, just a heads up would be something to consider.

1. Very kind attention and guide from Miss Rita, very professional and gentle. 2. Breakfast, excellent, nutritious and varied. 3. The seafood and fish buffet is delicious, the service is also excellent. 4. Location close to the MILIPOL fair and close to the airport. 5. Very good vehicle parking area
