Very modern, new hotel, spacious rooms. exceptionally clean. Receptionist very helpful, patient and kind. Excellent location, close to everything - sites, metro, shopping and many places to eat close by. At the same time - very, very quiet! Would stay again.

A few things were missing: More towel hangers would be nice in the bathroom. Since we were three adults, one slept on the sofa-bed, but there was no night-light near the sofa. Another couch would also be useful (since the sofa was used as a bed). The light and air vent in the bathroom were lit with the same switch - would be better if they were on separate switches. A drying rack for dishes would be good.

The location of the hotel is great, near to everything. The apartment is very nice, clean, one bedroom with a good size of living room, suitable for a family. The internet speed is good. And the staff is very helpful and polite. We get very good information for nice restaurants and places to visit. Although the hotel does not provide breakfast (which we did not know!) there are many nice places around for a good greek breakfast, so no issue. The hotel also provides storage for bags that is very useful when the check out and departure from Athens has some hours differences.

The entrance of the hotel and to reach the elevator has some steps, it's a bit problematic specially when there is no body to help for the suitcases.

Wonderful place, comfortable beds, everything so nice and good! I am so grateful that we had an early check in free as we were with kids. Location is great! I wish we had stayed more! But I needed slippers so badly - the floor is abut cold! Would absolutely recommend this place!

The staircases are the problem as there are plenty of them before the lift and between the floors and it is no very easy if you are with a stroller and luggage. Although the staff is eager to help. Another problem was that we had the shuttle in 13.50 and our luggage in the locker room. When we came back at 13.45 the door of the hotel entrance was closed and we couldn’t get in to get our bags. We were a bit nervous!

I’ve stayed here twice when coming to Athens, and I won’t hesitate to book here the next time I visit. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the rooms are very spacious, clean, and modern. The location is exactly where you want to be just steps from great restaurants!

Unfortunately the pull out couch where I slept (since we were in a group) was not comfy at all. Too bad as the rest of the room was beautifully decorated and the other beds themselves looked comfy.

located in the center. walking distance from all major attractions. clean, very comfortable beds and pillow, even the sofa was really comfy. great service. big apartment with plenty of space and small kitchen. zero noise. truly recommended

Location was great. Walking distance from most place and a metro station. In an area that is not too busy in a mostly quiet street. The room was very clean.

Wasn't aware that the to get to an elevator you need to go up some stairs. The room was very clean but required some maintenance. The windows were facing the back of the building so absolutely no view. The AC was pretty noisy.

The room was great as it was a hot day and A/C was on when i came into the room. staff were great and helped book a pcr test for me as i needed it before flying back home. great room size and good stay.

Only a few. I ordered food frequently and did ask if they could take the rubbish away as it was building up. The A/C was on constantly and couldn't switch of so found it hard to sleep when the room was cold. One of the lights in the living room/kitchen wasn't working and did report it as it made one side of the room dark so wasn't that great.

I received a free upgrade to a deluxe room with city view and balcony as I am a regular Booking user. The flat was fantastic! Very clean, big and extra comfortable in a good location, it is the perfect choice and I very highly recommend it. I asked for an additional bouquet of red roses as a surprise for my partner and my request was granted in a very professional manner, I am delighted with the service and the flat itself.

Central location and not much traffic noise. Easy walking to most attractions. Staff lovely and very pleasant. Very good level of cleanliness.

Bowls would have been useful for breakfast self catering. Some stairs to negotiate with luggage before and after using lift.
