Very friendly staff. View from rooftop. Location in city center and clost to Metro. Breakfast. Hotel is new.

Water in both pools was cold , and very shallow, in outer pool 80cm in indoor pool 40cm...even jacuzzi was cold and shallow. Internet in room didn't work-had to use up all my eSim plan. Restaurant serves only snacks and a few drinks for lunch and dinner so we ate out.

There is no privacy of its bathroom. It doesn’t have a door. So, for families is not convenient. Also there is not enough cabinets.

Shower leaks out into the bathroom. Hard to get the bedrooms completely dark with the light from the touchpads.

the hotel was wonderful and the staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming. I have stayed in many excellent hotels around the world but this one is one of the best by a country mile!

Everything else was great

Check out was slow although we told the reception we need to rush out and get to the airport she was still taking her time for no reason and that was frustrating.

Everything was exceptional. Beautiful room, excellent location. The soundproofing of the balcony doors was wonderful since the street was noisy. I also liked the TVs with slides that had info about the history of the building. Worth every penny. Comfortable and luxurious. The small pool next to the gym was great to relax in.

We went up to the roof pool at 9PM one evening to swim but it was closed. I could not easily find pool or spa hour info anywhere (like on a sign) which I think would have been helpful. It would have been nice for the pool to be open a little later since many people spend the earlier part of the day exploring. Paper/takeaway cups for coffee at breakfast would be nice, and Wifi info inside the room itself. Also the hotel info stated there was a bistro on the ground floor but I could not find it anywhere. Maybe still being renovated since it's a newly opened hotel.

I will start by saying that everything was perfect. We got to the hotel early in the morning, and the staff were kind enough to let us check in early. Plus, they gave us a free room upgrade and breakfast, which was a nice surprise. Every single staff member was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was big, clean, and had a great design. The breakfast was delicious, especially with that Acropolis view. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a few minutes from the city center. It might not be the cheapest option, but it’s totally worth it. We loved it so much that we stayed for two more nights.

The only tiny thing was that the room didn’t come with slippers. But that’s about it

Modern hotel with eclectic design about a 15 mins walk from the Plaka district. Rooms were comfortable and new with chic decor. Breakfast on the terrace with Acropolis views was amazing.

The AC stopped cooling on my second night there, which was horrible considering how sweltering it was the two days I was in Athens. The front desk was helpful but the maintenance staff they sent to have a look at it was rude and useless (he basically said there’s nothing they can do and it is working). The AC only started cooling 2 hours after they made some adjustments - had it been any longer I would have requested they change rooms (they didn’t offer this themselves which I thought was odd). Another thing is the shower offers no privacy- it is in the middle of the room with glass walls - so definitely not ok if you’re staying with friends/kids/siblings.

The pools though they were shallow to 0.87m depth only, the whole leisure facilities and the hotels position.

It's a 5 star hotel so I would have expected water in the room each night not just a water as a welcome pack on the fist day, I suggested it and the response was it's hotel policy, I get that in 3 star hotels. The resturants is extremely limited serving a very limited menu like burgers 'really'. The servers at breakfast didn't remove plates untill you left so you were surrounded by the debris from previous courses. A 5*Hitel ought too to offer concierge from and to taxi we didn't see that. We were also woken by drunken shouting at 4.30am on one of our two nights. This hotel is run by young people for young people who perhaps do not perhaps value the ethics and courtesies of older established values.
