The apartments are nothing fancy, but it is comfortable, clean, and safe. In some ways charming. The staff obviously wants you to feel comfortable and provides everything that one may need: toiletries, instant coffee, a few snacks. etc.

The apartments are located in a residential area so there are not a lot of places to get a quick coffee or meal. You'll have to walk a distance or take a taxi to where you want to go. However, if the weather is nice, which is what we had, walking is nice. Being near the Olympic Stadium makes for a nice view, but again, there is not a lot else. It is comfortable, safe, and generally quiet (a few dogs will bark at night), but again comfortable and good bargain for the cost.

The room was better than expected, as there were enough small appliances to make a simple meal (a toaster, two kitchen stoves, cofee maker, a simple oven. The bed was perfect and the location really suitable for someone who wishes to visit any private hospital nearby.

During check out, there wasn't anyone at the counter or anywhere to be seen, so I just had to leave the keys to the reception, without knowing if I was doing the correct thing. Also, sometimes there was a nasty smell coming from the toilet, though nothing an open window couldn't fix. The TV was too small, if you wanted to watch from the bed.

This apartment turned out to be better than I could have hoped for. I needed a place within walking distance to my office. There are a couple places to pick up food nearby, and a small mini-market. The studio is very comfortable, I really enjoyed the balcony. Wifi was quick and stable. The desk worked out fine, although it is a bit too high for me. A washing machine is in the basement, and a drying location too. There is also a microwave in the basement, but I never used it as I preferred take away meals. The concierge is a nice young woman - friendly and very happy to answer questions.

A studio should have a small microwave. The stovetop could only be used to warm up milk for coffee as there were no pots or pans. Note - I didn't ask about this, so perhaps this could have been arranged. The location was perfect for me during the week, but it is 15 minutes to a bus, or almost 30 minutes to walk to the metro. I used Uber to contact taxis on the weekend.

This place is a great value for money, It's somewhat close to the Athens Mall, and the Olympic museum, and there are kiosks in the vicinity, so we always had water (and place to buy cigarettes) nearby.

Only issue we found with the apartment is that the remote control wasn't connected to the AC. The location was a bit further from the city centre, but nothing critical. Metros are great way of transportation around Athens. Apart from that, everything is okay, and I hope I'll return to this same apartment some day in the future.

A quiet residential area, very safe. The reception girl was very helpful and welcoming. The room was very clean, had everything one can need, the bathroom was much bigger than one could need.

Everything was great indeed. I wish the drainage of water that collected on the bathroom floor after you bath was improved

Excellent location for the purpose of my stay (swimming competition at the Olympic Centre). Quiet neighborhood with everything you could possibly need.

Soundproofing left a lot to be desired!!! My apartment was next to a little lounge area by the reception and I could literally hear every single conversation!!!

I enjoyed the comfy beds and it was important that an elevator was available. Rooms were very clean and exceeded our expectations.

The apartments were not close to any shops or super markets. At night you had the feeling that you were distant.

Friendly reception cleaner and owner...what we asked for was supplied abd even extended check out Terrace garden was very nice...its nice to have a patio wt a garden wt chairs and table

For a long stay i would suggest an apartment not a studio.

The property is in a quiet neighbourhood and an easy walk from the Mitera and Ygeia Hospitals. The room was a good size with a nice balcony. All that we needed for a short stay and very comfortable. Would use it again.
