Great facilities and options in the hotel.

I booked a twin room and was not accommodated. The reception staff initially were not going to provide any compensation for not allocating twin room. I had to persist for club level access in lieu of not fulfilling what we booked. I found the reception staff negative and not helpful upon checkin.

Stylish. Plenty of choices for food and drinks.

We had an issue with the hotel concierge dept., regarding the booking of taxis and the retail outlets that the taxi drivers "associate with." We have discussed this with hotel management and weren't impressed with their flippant response. We will not stay there again as a result.

we had been travelling around Rajasthan and finished our holiday with 6 nights at the Meridian New Delhi . Tuk Tuk 🛺 drivers thought we were mad having so many nights in New Delhi but boy did we keep ourselves busy .. 1 suit ordered and made ✔️did a slum walking tour brilliant 🤩 visited a couple of very lively / busy markets an interesting experience and obviously 🙄 bought lots of items ! walked from the hotel to Connaught shopping 🛍 centre good place to wander around had to buy another hold bag 💼 as bought too much stuff ! jumped on the metro all very easy and efficient. The location of the hotel made all our outings very very easy and walk-able . we had the advantage of staying on the executive floors which gave us access to the Club lounge .. the room itself is not amazing quite dark no natural light but the staff make up for this 1000 fold we had breakfast 🍳 with egg station always a winner an omelette 😆most days we grabbed a freshly baked cake 🧁 or something savoury at afternoon tea ☕️ if we were at the hotel but the evening drinks and food were great 😊 the food 🥘 was different each evening and plenty of it and the drinks kept flowing certain staff I have to mention as doing an outstanding job always with big smiles on the faces Ravi great personal man Gursagar Yogesh and Aditya well done and thank you 🙏

the pool was a bit mis presented as in the photos it looks like it is surrounded by grass and gardens but actually it’s on the 4th floor and all tiled area and during Dec no sun gets to the pool we moved 2 sun beds round the corner to a very sad unappealing area but in the sun 🌞 also in a wind 💨 tunnel but we really didn’t have much time relaxing around the pool !

Ms Hem was extremely awesome. You need more people like her with the right attitude and very professional. Many thanks Ms Hem for your hospitality, you are the star.

I was having breakfast and I asked Mr sahi l khurana , he seems like the supervisor. I asked him for a fork which was missing from the table but he never came back , I kept waiting and after 10-12 I asked someone to get it . He was all over the place but missed me and didn’t care about me. Later the guy who gave me the fork may have told him that I had inquired about his name and this he came to me and asked me if everything is okay. I didn’t even want look at his face . Le Meridien management, Mr sahib needs some coaching please as he missed to satisfy my needs and helped everyone around.

Awesome interiors, very clean ,7 star service at 5 star cost.. keep it up!! Curtious staff cleared the check-in process in just 3 minutes...felt like staying here on my every trip to Delhi, and the 11th floor was given as per my request. Yummy sandwich in the 24-hour restaurant Simply kudos to the management and the committed staff, too...

Frisking in the security. Person touching us. I know due to security reasons. May be can try radio imaging or xray scanner whlole body machines .. I remember seeing something like that in Shanghai China.. Just from my heart ❤️

The Staff were amazing. In all departments : Bell boy, reception, restaurant, bar, spa, room service. Very helpful and went out of their way to assist.

The hotel needs an uplift. The same Tom &Jerry cartoon plays on the screens by the lifts since a couple of years now ! The breakfast tables at the entrance of the main restaurant lacks privacy as anyone who walks into the hotel entrance can practically look into your plate ! Moreover, each time someone pushes open the glass door to enter the hotel, a draft of cold air comes right at you if you are seated there :(

lovely hotel with facilities for eating and drinking. staff were so lovely and service was excellent.

the walls and doors to corridors are paper thin. you can hear all from corridors and next door rooms. to the point when someone opened their door, it sounded like your door was being opened. as it’s within good distance to airport people arrive at all hours of night and very early am. not ideal for a light sleeper or solo traveller. also hotel staff are up early to clean, so you will be woken. The pool is not really a pool for lying at, and certainly not suitable for children and no child friendly depth.

Le Meridien is a very big, comfortable and modern hotel. Staff extremely well trained, helpful and professional. Our room was large and had all amenities we required: tea/coffee making facilities, good air conditioning, large comfortable beds, well appointed and large bathroom. Fantastic breakfast and Wifi was strong throughout hotel. Location good. Close to most tourist places in Delhi. The outdoor pool was not particularly welcoming - requires more than just concrete surrounds. Some greenery would make it much more pleasant. We were upgraded to "Club" Status and enjoyed the snacks and happy hour each evening. Thank you, Le Meridien.

Our major problem with Le Meridien with the non-existence of an outdoor sitting area. Such a pity as there is a lovely garden on the ground floor from which guests are excluded?? And the pool area is only a circle of concrete and tiles and does not have table and chairs. The price of food and drinks in the "Coffee Shop" and upstairs bar is exorbitant.

Hotels in Delhi all seem to be quite expensive an this one is no exception. The pool was cold (17 degrees according to the sign) and when I asked at reception they said it has never been heated - so is always cold. I booked this hotel because it had a pool and at the end of the day it's nice to have a dip in a pool, not to get hyperthermia. It's a small thing but what this hotel costs, the pool area should be nicer and the pool warm.
