Nice quiet location just 5-minute drive from Bray promenade and close to other areas of interest. Great alternative to Dublin as there is a D.A.R.T. station nearby.

Lacking in atmosphere, restaurant closed to accommodate non-paying guests, which should be communicated in advance of booking confirmation.

Delicious breakfast with everything from fresh fruit to cooked meats to traditional cooked breakfast to cereals, breads and pastries. The staff were very warm and friendly. The hotel was quiet and on the outskirts of the town so need a car to get to town centre and beach and Dart station. Room was clean and adequate for our needs and not too warm which can often be a problem in hotel rooms

The whole hotel is in need of a bit of TLC but we were prepared for that after reading reviews and that didn't annoy us at all. If you want a lively atmosphere or a cosy, romantic retreat, this isn't the place for you. My mother and I were using this hotel as a base to travel around the area and it suited our needs perfectly.

Friendly straightforward check-in Room was spacious, very surprised to get a balcony, really lovely muted colours and not overheated as they so often are. Tons of hot water, linen and towels spotless, room very clean with no nasty chemical cleaning smells. Breakfast was amazing value, everything from porridge and cereals through pastries and rolls, cold meats and cheeses, a fabulous selection of really fresh fruit to the full cooked breakfast, all beautifully cooked and extremely well-presented Staff were very helpful and available the minute you needed them First rate service, the kind you'd expect in a much more expensive hotel

Everything was really excellent

The hotel is in an excellent location with direct coach from airport and the local town of Bray. The rooms were lovely the breakfast was tasty and genourous both Irish full breakfast and continental. The local town is a really nice place with plenty of food and drinks locations on seafront, Montellos and Daata curry house being a good examples but not the only places search for yourself. Dublin is easy to get to from Bray station on the Dart a regular service. I really enjoyed my stay please consider this hotel you will not be disappointed.

Spacious well -ventilated rooms, spotlessly clean, cheerful attentive staff, very prompt attention always. Amazing breakfast with everything from porridge, cereal, and toast to pastries, cold meats, cheeses, fabulous range of superb quality fresh fruit and the full Irish breakfast. Really wonderful.

It was all really excellent from check in to departure. Really exceptional accommodation and service.

Well located from motorway junction. Out side of town centre, but good location for walks, or as a start for touring the area. We visited Glendalough and The Wicklow Mountains from here, so ideal base for the area. Arrived early but rooms were ready for us. Friendly helpful staff. Clean comfortable hotel, and same for room. Comfortable lounge with small but well stocked bar. Enjoyed a good buffet breakfast on the days we were here, good start to the day. Good sized car park available. We arrived from the airport by mini-bus on this occasion, but the airport coach does stop right around the corner, which we have used at times.

Suited our needs yet again, no problems.

There was plenty of choice at breakfast time. We had a nice big room with an extra table and chairs. Also a big comfy bed. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently situated for access from the road system but a bit too far from the promenade for a convenient walk. This is not a serious problem. We made up for this by walking round Killruddery instead.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable, the bathroom extractor fan was not working and the shower had a bit missing off it but worked fine, bathroom probably needs updating but was clean. All the staff were friendly and very helpful and the breakfast selection was very good and kept being replenished during the whole breakfast period as it was quite busy with the number of residents at the time as the hotel was welcoming Ukrainian families. The Hotel has car parking available which was important to us and difficult with other hotels in Bray, one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

Bathroom appeared to need a bit of refurbishment. Location is quite a walk from Bray if you don’t have a car, but there is a bus stop nearby. I would prefer mugs for tea or coffee the cups are small and never enough milk with the tiny plastic pots. No residents information about the hotel in the room, which didn’t really matter as we had been there before and receptionists were very helpful if we needed anything.

plenty of space around it and easy accessible carpark. rooms and corridors were big too.

breakfast area had a toaster that was beside porridge cooker and bread/cereal were beside that the other side so some was always waiting to get theirs as it was self service buffet. could separate as the toaster was a very big machine, not the normal size one, more like a big grill. It was a 20 minute to beach too, but not too bad when weather ok.

Breakfast was good, at times the dining room was busy but the quality was fine. Our room was clean and airy with lots of hot water for bathing etc. The TV had very few channels but other than that is was fine!!

We were pleased to see the hotel providing accommodation for the folk from Ukraine, perhaps we should have had prior notice to this so that we could have planned breakfast at a quieter time. This is only a small observation as we have nothing to complain about in this country compared to what they have to deal with!
