It was a comfortable apartment attached to a larger hotel. This gave us easy access to the hotel bar and restaurant and the receptionist kindly gave us parking for the week which was not originally included. This was a game changer for convenience and cost! The location at the top of the main street meant it was easy to access the town centre and all the attractions of Galway, which is a lovely town full of very friendly people

Like most accommodations, we stayed in in Ireland, the apartment's plumbing, water pressure, and temperature were not great. I couldn't use the bathtub as the fibreglass had a crack in it, and I was worried about flooding the room.

Lovely staff who were very helpful. Very nice apartment. Great location.

The apartment was generally very clean, and we had a clean and linen change twice during our stay. We must mention, however, that underneath the bed hadn't been cleaned for a long, long time, and certainly not this year. We discovered this by accident whilst looking for something dropped, I do hope this mistake will be addressed by the cleaning management as it is otherwise a faultless place to book a break.

Great location for Christmas markets and shopping. Very clean and modern. Perfect for weekend stay.

Apartment was obviously poorly insulated as heat didn't stay. But rads worked fine so was grand. Living space a bit small but perfect for a weekend. Tv remote didn't work and it was difficult to figure out. Was furnished a bit sparsely. Lamps in downstairs bedroom and sitting area and a chest of drawers in the main bedroom upstairs would be a good addition. En suite bathroom only had a bath - no shower, so was annoying and cold to have to go downstairs to use shower (we had the split level apartment). Also for what we paid it was very frustrating not to have parking included. Check in was slow as had to queue in hotel and nowhere to park while doing so!

basic furnishing not particularly comfortable,no lock on the bathroom door,no locks on bedroom doors,rear garden area dirty and no furniture,kitchen utensils need updating.We had to go to reception to ask for clean towels as it was apparent that the apartment wasn’t going to be cleaned daily. There was a rip in one of the duvet covers which we told reception about but it wasn’t changed. No parking

Everything was perfect the apartment was just right for four people and the breakfast was great

Right let get to the bug we had park our away from the apartment yet there was space out side the front door and ask the staff about this they said it was for people who used the hotel but no one used it . So please tell me why we could not used it they would have known it was going to be empty all night as the park car was far away and cost money we did need to spend

Great location, away from the noise but close to the action. Went everywhere on foot. Staff were lovely, and you can opt to have breakfast at the hotel for an extra charge. Beds were comfortable, and we were generally very pleased with the apartment - clean and very functional.

I found the rate very expensive considering it's in Galway. We ran out of hot water one of the evenings - the third person had to take a lukewarm shower.

Super friendly staff; especially Patrick, who offered us a free drink while our apartment was still here cleaned upon arrival. Very clean, with all the facilities you could need. Anything not available or needed was readily available from Eyre Square/Shop Street which is only a few paces away. Prices on the snack box menu were a tad high, but I suppose that’s how you make your money. Overall I know the next time I find myself in Galway, this is the first place I’ll be hoping to book.

A locker/bedside table on each side of the bed would have been handy, as opposed to one on one side and a high shelf on the other.

The serviced apartments are very well located and in a central position. They were clean and well maintained. Not too noisy ( depending on people in other apartments). The staff was excellent. Great breakfast

You need to walk though the carpark to get access to apartments. Not a problem but not great when dark

One of the best properties I've ever stayed in. We were given a upgrade by the incredibly friendly receptionist, and then we were upgraded again to the Penthouse Suite! It's in a different building but it's very close, the building is modern and the apartment is huge! A massive patio, a large living room/kitchen area with big windows overlooking the centre of Galway and out to Galway Bay. Wonderful sleep. The breakfast was delicious and very filling! Absolutely fantastic value! Would stay again and recommend for sure!

The entire family enjoyed our large airy apartment. The kitchen was more than adequate. St Bridget’s offers all the amenities. We felt lucky to have a massive patio walkout-deck with a view of the Galway rooftops. Our apartment was close to everything, but still very quiet. We even had access to the pub (and restaurant) at the adjoining Western Hotel which also happens to have live traditional music. It really is great!
