The service at the reception was very friendly and helpful, the location top and in a more quiet area. The standard rooms are smaller (no wardrobe or much space for luggage) but still quite cozy. The guests next door could only be heard from the bathroom, otherwise the noise was ok. Overall a very good experience.

It would be great if a few more amenities were added in the bathroom - there was no hook or rail to hang the towels and no space to place your personal items, but that's complaining on a high level. Considering that breakfast was only served in some nice locations next door, the value for money was slightly overpriced in my opinion

We had a very small room but it was quite comfortable. The window view was of the backs of other buildings - not great but it was quiet at night. The bathroom was very nicely laid out - very good shower and lots of hot water. The wifi was fine. The staff were super nice and helpful. Great location in the center of town - easy walk to the train station.

The elevator was broken but we were informed of this beforehand. Still it was quite a trek up lots of stairs to the 3rd floor. No breakfast. Some rooms were still being remodeled but we were not bothered by construction noise. It was a Saturday night.

The staff were super friendly, forthcoming and flexible. They handled the situation that a new elevator was installed during my stay in the best possible way. Thank you for that! The room itself was super nice and cosy, I particularly liked the lighting, and I appreciated the Nespresso machine. The location is absolutely perfect, just a couple of hundred metres away from the Latin quarter and right between the coach and train station and a few steps away from the local car rental, it couldn't be any more convenient.

Maybe that during the stay a new elevator was being installed, although I have to admit that it didn't have a big impact on me, since I spent most of the day outside the hotel, so it's just a very minor complaint.

I loved the warm atmosphere of the hotel and, of course, its position! It's just in the city centre, just a few minutes walk from the main streets. Lovely. Our room was a bit small (but it was fine to us, and the size was specificated on our reservation), but it was really clean, and the toilet was large enough, well cleaned and equipped (shower foam, shampoo, body lotion). A plus of the hotel is the staff, ready to give us the main information about both the city and the transport.

Maybe they could think about including breakfast in the cost per night, it's not that expensive but it's not too cheap.. However, the courtesy kit in the room provides coffee, tea and some biscuits, so that you can have something to eat as soon as you get up.

Room slightly small

Fab location; very close to Eyre Square & the train/ bus station. No street noise at night time. Lift out of order but was made aware of this prior to my visit. Small room, but that suited me so well for a short business trip. Adequate space for hanging clothes. Loved the tiny fridge! Oscar the dog was the absolute highlight. Such a good boy.

Room was verrrrrrry warm, even with the heating turned off. Also would have liked a kettle instead of/ in addition to the coffee maker. Also found on my second morning the plumbing was making a lot of noise, and there was a slight sulphuric smell in the bathroom.

For its price, the hotel was absolutely amazing! It even had extra amenities, like body conditioner in the bathroom and a small coffee machine in the main room, something that you do not usually expect when you pay the minimum for accommodation. The location was super, close to everything on foot and next to the bus/ train station. Staff was very friendly as well. I would totally recommend it for those who are searching something central and who dont seek to spend their days indoors.

-For us that was not a problem, but the room was very small. -If you plan to spend plenty of hours inside, you might feel more comfortable in a more spacious room.

The boutique hotel is right next to a garage and an easy walk into the hotel. Additionally, there is this little breakfast cafe as you walk to the main part of town that is a great start to your day. The hotel is near everything and yet off the beaten path so you can sleep at night. Highly recommend!!

We struggled to find something to suggest as improving since the room was excellent. The staff was warm and welcoming. The location was fantastic so please keep up the good work!

Room was ready early which was great, lovely girl on reception at check in have lots of great recommendations for eating and drinking and put them on a map for us, also brought up an iron for us within minutes of it being requested. Lovely complimentary box of chocolates on the bed for my boyfriends bday which was a lovely and unexpected touch

Parking area is very snug but thankfully we had a spot reserved and didn’t use the car during our stay, would be difficult if you needed to use it much during your stay. Lift wasn’t working but we were told in advance and offered help with our bags if needed, so not a big deal for us, but might be for others. Bed a bit small for two but that’s being picky !

Location was superb, just a 2 min walk into Eyre Square / city centre. Nice, quiet hotel. The room we stayed in was small but was perfect for a one night stay for me and my partner. Will definitely visit again.

Facilities inside the room could be better. I don't believe there is a breakfast option and although we didn't require it, it would have been nice to have. Shower only had shampoo and no conditioner. Making the AC work was a bit tricky.
