Radisson Blu Hotel, Letterkenny

It was my Wedding Anniversary and so happy to say these. I asked Radisson Blu Hotel Letterkenny to surprise my wife by decorating bed with Petals in a love symbol way or any options they can offer. They were exceptional! Bed was decorated and we were left with a greetings card in our room and cookies. I asked to be upgraded to an Airconditioned Superior room before check-in and all was done professionally. We were over the moon when we arrived. The neatness of the Hotel environment, rooms and we had dinner at the Mulbery and had a swim and gosh; Sauna to cool off. I had my bottle of champagne to celebrate with my wife. Night Porter brought me ice cubes in a big cup. Hotel team member were great and had welcoming smiles. Security was perfect as we wanted to go clubbing but my wife like boss decided we chill in the hotel which was grand for us. We planned joining the Gym and next time bring our kids for a swim too. I highly recommend the Radisson Blu Letterkenny to anyone who desires peace, happiness, clean and unbelievably neat environment in the emblem of love. Thanks to the management of the Hotel for making our wedding anniversary an exciting one and thanks for Free decorations of the petals. Wow, it was done FREE without payments. That’s a good compliments to us. We also used the Saunas to ease up!

Hotel was fantastic. Bed very comfortable. Room exceptionally clean and staff very friendly. Loved the pool and health suite. I would stay again for sure, and just make sure to get a quieter room.

I stayed in room 315. There was a constant humming noise during the night, that on occasions got louder. It woke me up at 4am both nights. After the first night I spoke with a staff member at reception as I was requesting ear plugs; the hotel didn’t have any. I appreciate the noise is likely unpreventable as I’m assuming it is outside the building. However, I feel this staff member could have maybe looked into arranging a quieter room for my second night given that I had explained I couldn’t sleep, but this was not offered. Night two I tried ringing reception at 4am as I couldn’t sleep and wanted to change my breakfast time to the earliest possible, but no one was answering the phone at reception. I have a recording of the noise in the room; it really was awful to try and sleep through.

The hotel's location is ideal, with supermarkets just a few minutes walk away and the city centre about a 10-minute stroll. The gym and pool were both enjoyable, and I found the CLIMBER and SkiErg training apparatus to be particularly interesting. The room cleaning was also top-notch. The staff at this hotel is incredibly helpful and friendly. I did experience a minor issue with a non-working coffee machine, but it was promptly replaced once I made a request for it.

I cannot pinpoint any significant drawbacks as the hotel's overall impression is highly positive. However, the breakfast was slightly disappointing due to the absence of fresh vegetables. Just a few plates of fresh tomatoes and cucumbers would have resolved this issue entirely. Additionally, the toaster occasionally burned toast black, and it would be great if it could be adjusted.

We were met at reception By Aine, she was truly lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. We were supposed to be travelling to Nice but our flights were cancelled at the last minute so we only booked our stay an hour before we arrived. We weren't in great form but she soon changed that, she's a credit to the hotel.

Easy access, great parking; the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with everything in working order. The soap smelled lovely. All staff encountered were very friendly and attentive. When we checked in, the woman at reception gave us an info sheet and tips on places to visit and we visited a few. We ate in the restaurant each evening and the food was delicious and the service was excellent. The staff were quick to clear dishes and make additional offerings without being disruptive. I thought the cookie provided with the coffee was a nice touch. The breakfast area also was very comfortable.

Excellent breakfast selection and delicious. Comfortable room. We have stayed here may times and compare breakfast to it anywhere else we have been.no where else can match it

No air conditioning. Weather was warm. Rowdy neighbours on 3rd floor on Sunday night late. Had eventually to go to reception to complain. Reception staff were already aware there was a problem with Room 318 residents .Why were they housed next to us the rest of the floor was possibly unoccupied . As a frequent visitor we were very disappointed. When alerted Staff acted quickly and spoke with residents next door. Very poor sleep due to heat of room and noisy neighbours made it a disappointing stay compared to usual experience. At checkout there was no apology for our poor night when we told reception of our experience. Very disappointed.

As I only booked the hotel on Wednesday morning for Wednesday and Thursday nights everything which I requested was given. They gave us an upgrade .The food available at breakfast was excellent. The staff were most helpful.. we also had evening meals each evening and again the food was very enjoyable The room was most comfortable ,very clean and quiet. Overall two very enjoyable days in Letterkenny.

This is only a very small dislike I would have liked the hot food at Breakfast to be a little hotter. I am not making this as a complaint. Just my preference

Great reception staff, comfortable beds, clean and well presented lobby and room, friendly leisure center staff and great pool, exceptional buffet breakfast and excellent location.

Even with individual climate control turned down the room was very warm. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the service was terrible - young uninterested servers who constantly ignored us and were laughing and joking together, I had to go up to the bar and ask to place our order after we had been seated for 20 minutes, then again for our table to be cleared and for additional drinks. The food was very good just a shame about the staff. We would definitely return but would eat elsewhere in Letterkenny.

We loved everything in the place. Everyone was so accommodating. The food was great, from breakfast to dinner. ALL Staff are very attentive to our needs. Very clean, bedroom, bathroom especially the toilet in common areas.. couldn't find anything to say otherwise The manager is very visible and ensures everything is in order. Maverick was so good at the reception, very smooth check in and check out. One of the best, if not the best, hotel I've been. The 200km drive was really worth it. Thank you so much for making this wekeend getaway so enjoyable.

Nothing. Everything is absolutely perfect.

Hotel was great, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Majella at reception had prepared a guide to the county which we used throughout our stay. Breakfast selection was the best I have seen in a hotel. On the first morning I said I had an injury to my leg. That morning and every other morning, Caroline ensured that we had a table beside the buffet. Staff could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable.
