Very clean, and nice employees.

A little bit far away from the metro & train station, especially when have big luggages.

Well equipped accommodation with a fantastic shared kitchen.. Excellent communication before I arrived and really helpful when I got there.. room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Great location super near the central station and lots of supermarkets nearby.

Unfortunately I was in Naples in days of rain so the lack of windows I could see out of in my room didn't bother me...if it had been hot and sunny though I might have really minded that windows were small and high up. I realise this is not something staff can do anything about though! The mattress was a bit saggy in the middle sadly otherwise the room was perfectly fine.

Really nice and new furniture, everything working properly. All was clean and we missed nothing. Very nice stay for a day or two. Access with key code box was easy.

The area is central but not really nice. We felt safe even at night but there ar some places near which seem to attract suspicious people. Breakfast in nearby cafe was just a coffee and a croissant, but still ok.

Very good room with a balcony and well appointed bathroom. Property has a central kitchen/diner with selection of snacks. LED lighting and movement sensors in reception, corridor and kitchen/diner. Located quite centrally within easy walk of central railway station. Good supermarket nearby. Excellent communications with hosts.

The lift was not always available. Not an issue for me but could be an issue for guests with mobility issues.

Comfy beds, very clean space and other guests were respectful / quiet given the poor insulation for the rooms. Location is 10 minutes from the train station with fewer tourists, which I really enjoyed.

Sound insulation was not very good. Also, there was a tiny window in my room, (very high) close to the ceiling and it was impossible to see outside, so the room was very dark. Unpleasant to do computer work from my room because I felt like I was in an enclosed box!

The rooms were super clean and very comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The availability of Netflix on TV was a nice bonus.

Very convenient location near Napoli Centrale station. Room was clean and equipped with air conditioner and it was also with a balcony. Bathroom was also well-maintained. Staff spoke good-enough English to have things going.

The area was a bit noisy, but after a long tiring day, I just fell asleep anyway easily. As usual around train stations, try to be a bit more aware of your surroundings in the evenings. The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor of the building on the address, but finding it first was a bit hard since there were no signs, but residents were super helpful.

The people who welcomed us friendly and informative the place clean and fuss free, staff polite and non-intrusive, location even though close to station was non-threatening and the surrounding neighbourhood very friendly

Nothing negative

Real fresh and clean. Nice room with balcony. AC was very good. The cleaning lady was so nice and also easy communication with the staff via sms. Good self service with the keys and codebox. Location quite near the central station. Quiet at night.

The location was good and near the central station but personally I would have liked to stay in another part of the city.

The property is well located and closed to the train station. The check-in was well organized and the staff very friendly. the amenities were good.

When we got to the property there was no electricity. The staff let us know there were some maintenance in the area and two hours later everything was ok.
