The room was very clean and an adequate size for three people. The gentleman and lady who attended to us were very kind. They helped us with our train tickets and welcomed us outside of check-in hours. There is a kitchen with footy, Nutella, coffee and milk. The accommodation is not in the old town centre but it is close to a train stop and you can get to the centre in 5 stops. There is a wonderfull pizzeria bellow.
The bathroom is outside the room but is exclusive to those in the room. For us it was not a big problem, but I thought it was inside the room. Anyway, there is only one other room in that corridor and they have their own bathroom. So having the bathroom outside wasn't a big issue for privacy. There is noise in the corridor from suitcases and people talking.

All necesary things were at disposal (hair drier, towels, bed sheets, AC, own bathroom). There was a shared small kitchen with breakfast options (jam, butter, nutella, tea, croissants, rusk/zwieback, botteled water), stove, pan and pot (both were very kindly provided when asked for), small fridge. There's also a balcony access for one of the rooms. There's a supermarket a few minutes away and the main train station is 20 min walking distance away.
Maybe there could be some options of fresh fruit for breakfast. The smell from the streets is not very pleasant when opening the windows, at least while we were staying there.

Unsafe area. They charged me twice- once via a link before I got there, and then again when we were there- and wouldn’t accept my receipt of payment. Now I have to contact my bank for a refund which is very frustrating
