The room was beautiful and spacious with quirky vintage pieces. The staff friendly and accommodating. We arrived late but had a smooth self check-in. Location in a quiet neighborhood but a short walk to most attractions. Nice breakfast.

Nothing - everything was perfect!

Our room was absolutely beautiful, we fell in love as soon as we saw it and it gave us design ideas for our home! The common areas are also lovely, and it was really useful to be able to use the kitchen if we needed any extras. Hosts were so welcoming and helpful, happy to accommodate any request. Location is perfect, away from the tourist hell on the other side of the river but still close enough to walk to the main attractions, and there are some excellent restaurants and boutiques in the neighbourhood. We will be staying here any time we come back to Florence.

Slightly weird smell in the bathroom so needed to make sure the door was closed.

This is an amazing property. The room was quite spacious and full of very interesting collectables and works of art. I understand every room has a different theme. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The place is in a very trendy part of the city, and very walkable to everything. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast included was really great.

It was a bit pricey - but definitely worth the value. It would be nice if the breakfast were served past 10am - especially during the weekends.

This was an exceptional property in Florence. The room was immaculately clean, very comfortably furnished with touches of individual style we've never had in any property we've stayed in before. Breakfast in the little coffee shop downstairs was always fresh and tasty. One of us required gluten free food which was always on offer. It was ideally placed for sightseeing and we always felt safe moving around the neighbourhood. The staff were always so friendly and helpful. Thank you for all the amazing memories.

Enormous room with stunning painted ceiling. Huge bed. AC was excellent (like a fridge which was perfect as it was so unpleasantly hot outside). Staff super friendly and helpful. Great coffee and croissants at breakfast. Perfect location a short walk to all the sites and great restaurants.

Near perfect - a few very tiny points that if corrected would make it 10/10 - lighting in the room isn’t ideal - no overhead lights and only a few lamps all around the room that you have to switch on and off separately. Not convenient when you’re in bed. Also the bedside lights have no shades on them so it’s like having an offensively bright light right in your face when trying to read. Also extension lead for the coffee making, you could only plug in 2 things when 3 plugs were needed for the fridge, kettle and coffee maker. Had to keep switching the plugs over. Also ice and large bottles of water being made available in the honesty bar would make this perfect!

We had 3 rooms. Second floor. They were roomy, beautifully decorated in a lovely mix of old & retro with lovely quirky touches. All individual and stunning! The air conditioning was very welcome. The beds were huge and comfortable. Bathroom was fine, hot water, nice quality shower gel etc. All very clean. Breakfast was served in a lovely funky cafe on the ground floor. Freshly baked pastries, very good rAnge of breakfast items including continental, toast, cakes, yogurts etc, with lovely freshly brewed hot drinks. Excellent! Soprarno Suites is south of the river so not in the heart of the central tourist area, but in the Oltrarno area which we loved. Near some great bars, restaurants, places of interest. Staff were friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English.

We overlooked the road which was quite noisy with windows open - but that is to be expected in a vibrant busy city.

The property was beautifully designed and the room was spacious. The bathroom was well equipped and it all felt luxurious. The communal areas were also a nice addition.

There were signs of age/damage to the bathroom including water staining on floors in areas. Although this didn’t detract from the quality entirely, it just wasn’t expected for the cost of the room. The one thing lacking in the room for me was a full length mirror. In fact the only mirror was a a smoky one!

The property has such a unique style, which is comfortable and you can’t help but marvel at the decor. The rooms were cleaned daily and we were given fresh towels every day. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Would recommend this property to anyone and we’ll definitely be visiting again.

Absolutely nothing. It was all amazing

Amazing, huge room with high beautifully decorated ceiling. Lovely relaxed breakfast. Brilliant location, we wanted to be in oltrarno and it was perfect - close to everything but not crazy busy and noisy. Great communication from staff before we arrived.

Such a small thing but more plug sockets would have been helpful. Maybe a tv with Netflix available so guests could sign into their own account.

I am a very light sleeper so would also request for a quiet room. Davide kindly upgraded ours to a much bigger room that booked to ensure I have a pleasant stay, thank you so much! Not only was the room quiet, it was super spacious too with three huge separate areas (bedroom, bathroom and dressing area), lots of room for our big suitacases. The location was perfect, just round the corner to a number of local eateries, 8 minutes away from the Cathedral and 6 minutes to Ponte Vecchio. Breakfast consists of pastries, cold cuts, yoghurts, fruit and bakery, just enough to get us started for the day. Thanks again for an amazing stay, we will definitely be coming back. Amy & Gareth
