Location was prime and the place was very clean and comfortable. Also the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The place was quiet and all I all I would recommend it. Bathroom was big and everything worked well.

The room might be small if you're carrying a lot of luggage and maybe a tad dark, but I suppose you don't go to Florence to stay inside the hotel room :)

Amazing location, clean rooms & host was super friendly & recommended us places to eat that weren’t touristy! It’s also directly across the street from a popular wine window which was really cool.

The entrance was a little bit scary looking. When you enter the door if it’s night time or dark out there is no light inside so we you have to use your phone as a flashlight in order to go up the stairs/elevator otherwise it will be pitch black. We were 3 girls so it was a bit unnerving but overall worth the money we paid.

The property was clean and spacious. It is well located to all the area attractions. The breakfast is at a nearby cafe and was very nice.

The property manager was not very pleasant. We arrived around 11:30 am or or so. Leonardo had contacted me the day before on WhatsApp which was good. I told him our train was arriving at 10:20. We arrived at the train station and it took us more time then expected to get orientated and walk with our suitcases to the property. Leonardo was clearly annoyed with us arriving later then expected. The problem is there is no staffed desk once you are checked in you are on your own. We definitely felt like we had inconvenienced him by paying to stay at the property.

Felipe, the man who welcomed us was great. Location is great. Beds were super big and confortable. There isn’t 24h reception, but they make sure you have everything you need.

The only negative was the leaking air conditioning, we had two rooms and in one it was fine because the unit was at the side so the water didn’t affect us, but in the other room the unit was located in an area where you have to walk and it became quite slippy and a little dangerous.

It was in a really nice location and the room was very nice. The man who greeted us was extremely welcoming and went through the best things to do/places to go and highlighted them on a map for us when we arrived.

The only slightly negative part was the main door to all the apartments generally had to be slammed for it to be closed which was quite loud (especially if you were trying to get an early night and there were people coming back later)

Good location close to historical center right across the river. Huge bed with comfortable mattress. Having drinking water available in the hall is very convenient. Great host, Leonardo, who is very responsive and suggested us a pretty nice restaurant we'd never find ourselves as well as arranged taxi pickup.

Great location, close to lots of attractions, shops, and local restaurants . The rooms are big enough for a small family or group. The triple room bathrooms could be a little bigger, I kept hitting the walls during shower. The apartment is on the 4th floor, not for people with bad knees. But Leonardo is such an excellent host. He even helped us carried our luggage. I would recommend tthis apartment to friends.

No parking at the property. You have to park your car 1.5 km away from the hotel in a full and overloaded parking garage where you have to leave your car keys with full worry in mind that your car will be damaged (because they park the cars and leave only a space of 1 cm with the other cars). No breakfast at the property. You get a voucher of 5 euro and have to go to a bistro cafe (5 minutes walk). but don't expect much for 5 euro, you have to pay extra if you want a normal and good breakfast.

The room was very newly refurbished and clean and secure.

Normally the bed quilts have a sheet on top and a sheet on the bottom so you’re not actually in contact with the quilt, but they just had the quilt directly on the bed, which was unusual and not as hygienic as I would like.

We had a great stay here! Location is perfect, the room was comfortable and clean and just as pictured. Leonardo was a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to tell us all the great sites to see and restaurants/bars to visit. Was a super easy check in/check out.
