What a wonderful hotel! We arrived a little early and the host was so, so gracious and lovely—offering us coffee and water while we waited for our room to be prepared. And, oh what a room it was! So spacious, two whole daybeds, two full baths, ample closet space, and a lofted true full bed (not two twins pushed together). Pillows were fluffy and sheets were soft, and the entire space was bright, well-decorated, and CLEAN. I really loved this hotel. In the morning, breakfast was gorgeous—a great spread of pastries and juices and eggs and cold cuts, as well as coffee and fresh fruit. The location also can't be beat. It's just on the quieter side of the Arno, so you're not bombarded by crowds every time you step outside, but literally steps to the Boboli and the Pitti, and 10m from Uffizi, 15m from the Mercato, the Duomo, etc. etc. Plus! There are great restaurants on this side of the Arno, quieter and less crazy-making then the more touristy restaurants on the opposite side of Firenze. Wi-Fi was fast as well; we streamed a few YouTube videos without issue. Overall, love love loved this property and if I ever come back to Firenze, I'll be staying here!

Beautifully furnished and comfortable accommodation. Great breakfast. Friendly service. Located in a very attractive area of Florence near the Santo Spirito church and many art and antique shops. Also very fairly priced for the standard - really enjoyed my stay.

Casa Botticelli is a unique BandB in a unique town. The location is perfect, in the sense that it is quite near to touristy areas but far enough removed to be quiet and home like. The building is old (15th century, its charm) but that also makes it a bit difficult to navigate within … tiny elevator, imposing stairways. Our queen sized bed was comfortable but our room was small (larger rooms exist but were not available when we booked). The staff goes out of their way to accommodate special needs, but is not available on site after 6 pm (by WhatsApp yes, but not on site).

Great location close to everywhere. Amazing historical building made us feel like we are traveling back in time also Roberta was lovely and gave us great food recommendations. The breakfast was good as well the food and coffee was delicious we enjoyed eating in the dining room area and especially how they turned the piano to a breakfast buffet. Also all around was filled with art and antiques. The bed was comfy and the room even had a dyson air purifier.

The room was a bit small and wasn’t anything like the pictures, there wasn’t much space to move around. There were too much objects in the room which felt a little unnecessary and the light shade above the bed didn’t feel safe.

They made special provisions for Vegans at breakfast. The location is simply central to all the famous landmarks. We walked everywhere. Staff were helpful. From the airport we took the tram to Unita and got the C4 bus to san spirinto (sorry for the wrong spelling) and it was a 1 min walk to the property from the bus stop. On our way back we walked to Unita (16 mins) to catch the tram to the airport. Cost 1.50 EU for a 90 mins ride from the airport to the property and the same ticket can be used on the bus provided your travel is within the 90 mins.

Amazing boutique hotel with cool artwork that felt like we were staying in a museum. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they helped arrange parking for our car and guided us on how to enter the city ZTL zone without getting fines. We had issues with our AC in our room the first night but they were able to accommodate us and resolve by the next day. The location of the hotel is amazing, in a more quiet and local neighborhood with a lot of amazing restaurants, wine bars and shops (I will be staying on this side of the river every time I'm in Florence). There's quite a few stairs to climb and a few gates to open to access the hotel facilities but they do have a small convenient elevator for your luggage that was very helpful at check-in / check-out.

Spotlessly clean with a good sized bedroom and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent in a very stylish dining room with a good variety of choice. The reception staff was very friendly, as were the other staff we encountered during our stay.

Whilst not a major criticism, we think that more instructions on how to find the property and entrance details would have been helpful as there is not a great deal of signage outside, particularly if the wooden double entrance doors are closed and locked. Also, instructions about the gate on the ground floor would have been helpful, as it is a slightly unusual arrangement.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. Staff are friendly and always ready to assist us with our needs. The location is accessible to most famous tourist spots. We enjoyed walking around whilst having gelato despite the cold weather. Restaurants are nearby and there's a convenience store across the road that is open until 12 midnight. The free breakfast is amazing. The chocolate croissant is my favourite! Oh and the free wine at the lounge is superb. It helped me have a goodnight sleep. Had to buy 3 bottles to take home. Big thanks to Giacomo, Roberta and Kuya Dong.

This is an amazing place and everything I could ever want from a hotel. Everything has been thought of and I truly hope I get to stay here again. The room was beautiful, the bed comfy, the shower amazing, staff really welcoming and friendly. Breakfast in the beautiful lounge room was great and everywhere you looked there were wonderful pieces of art. Definitely up there in my most favourite places to stay and I would come to Florence again just to stay here again. Giacomo was so lovely at the front of house. Thank you

this was a great location two blocks from the Pitti palace, and was not noisy at night. We were just a few blocks away from the Ponte Santa Trinita crossing the Arno River into the old town.

Buzzing in the first time is a little tricky but easy after you do it once. The elevator is tiny and only fits two people without luggage, or only one person with luggage. It’s not a tall building, so not a dealbreaker to get to the first floor lobby or second floor for rooms. I wouldn’t want to bring my luggage up the stairs if I didn’t have to.
