Hotel Guidi

The location, staff and cleanliness of the facility were very good. You can feel yourself both in a 5-star hotel and at home. employees were very friendly. the best choice we have made. thank you again! we’ll meet again!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Gave us everything for our trip to Venice, map, train tickets and advices. Recommend.

Although it was a fairly small room, it was perfectly adequate for a solo traveller and had en-suite bathroom as well as air-conditioning and a fridge, both of which are essential in an Italian summer. There is a communal balcony area for relaxing with a drink or snack in the evening. It was in a very peaceful area, so you can expect a good night's sleep. The owners were very helpful regarding information on travel and nearby facilities and you can buy tram tickets from them. Mestre is probably a much quieter place to stay than Venice itself but the bus from the airport dropped me right outside the door and the tram to Venice is only a few minutes walk away, so in many ways it is a better bet than Venice itself.

The breakfast is cheap and enough, the staff was exceptionally nice - particularly to our small child, the friendliness was exceptional. If you want to find a good price/value combo with a good public transportation connection to Venice, I definitely recommend you to go for this hotel, they even sell tram-ticket, the station is just 5mins from the hotel. One person from the hotel even talk Hungarian, which is also practical in some cases.

I couldn't list anything special which we did not like, it's a very good value for the price they ask - maybe the rooms which are close to the road are a bit noisy - our window looked on the smaller road, so for us it was manageable.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. We had a room for three persons. The room was not very big, but cozy and clean, with a bathroom. There is a small fridge. Cleaning is every day. Internet. Comfortable beds. We did not take breakfast, so we can not rate it. There are a supermarket, cafes, bars close by. Bus and tram stop nearby, getting to Venice is very convenient. You can buy bus or tram tickets at the reception. The gentleman at the reception (unfortunately did not ask his name) is very nice and helpful. The hotel has its own private parking at a very reasonable price. The hotel price is excellet. If we come to Mestre again, we will definitely stay here.

It would be nice to have more towel racks in the bathroom for three people.

The hotel was very cute with lovely clean rooms and comfortable beds. The rooms were big in size and also had AC which helped us a-lot in the hot Italian weather. The wifi was free and fast. Breakfast was good. Best part about the hotel is its staff, they are very polite and helpful. They helped us with the best locations to see in Venice and how to reach there. They also sell return tickets tram tickets to the Venice island.

I would like to say a big thank you for both the hotel Guidi and hotel San Carlo for ensuring us a wonderful stay. Upon our arrival there was a problem with our registration in hotel Guidi. The staff was very kind and find us another option for stay in hotel San Carlo-close to Guidi hotel. We can only say good things for both the hotels are very clean, with wonderful breakfast, very hospitable and helpful. We strongly recomend both hotels . Thank you very much once again.

Everything was perfect

Accommondation was very clean and almost like new. Bed was comfortable and sheets were fresh! Room was beautifull and bathroom were newly renovated. Hotel had a terrace wich was very nice! One of the best thing about this accommondation were the staff. Receptionist was very friendly and funny man and he made sure that we were having a great experience! Also hotel had free coffee so it was a big plus! I would recommend this 100%. One of the best hotels i have been in Italy. Also it was very affordable ❤️ Thank you very much!

Staff friendly and extremely helpful, advised us on transport links into Venice and recommended a lovely place to eat the night we arrived. Room was clean and an adequate size for two. Location is great for getting into Venice in around 15mins. Bus stop 1 minute across the road and tram stop 5 mins round the corner.

The bathroom is small but functional. It had been recently renovated and had everything you could need and was spotlessly clean upon arrival. So, no real complaints here!
