Best Western Premier Milano Palace Hotel

The rooms were gorgeous with a full marble bathroom. Breakfast was perfect with both Italian & American options. A short walk to the train station was very convenient for our stay for a convention we were attending in Bologna.The restaurant adjacent to the hotel was excellent and we tried our first real Modena balsamic there!

My only critique would be the size of room, but it's Europe, so I understand what to expect and I'm not complaining, just want other American travelers to know to expect it.

The hotel is well located just outside the city center and parking was very easy using the hotels garage (valet). Checkin was quick and the room was better than I expected with a very comfortable bed and pillows. I didn't hear other guests or housekeeping while in the room which is very nice. We were able to walk to all the sites, shopping, and restaurants from the hotel.

The shower was small and it was easy to get water outside of shower.

This well appointed hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station. 10 minute walk to where the locals hangs out. Slept with the window open, the street is very quiet. Bed comfy. Sheets and towels bright white and clean. Staff outstanding, helpful, kind and welcoming.

The neighboring motels are not as nice making this a hidden gem.

Overall it was very quiet which we appreciate, the room and interior of the hotel were quite clean, the staff could not have done more to make our stay pleasant, and the train station was only five minutes away on foot.

The shower in our Classic room was difficult. We are both tall and not so thin anymore so in order to avoid spraying water all over the bathroom it was necessary to sit down in the tub with the handheld wand. That got the job done. It was awkward and tricky to emerge from the tub and get past the glass door.

You can charge your car in their private parking area. The staff is very helpful and the location is okay. Just a five minute walk to the city center. Another nice item is that you can buy balsamico a bit further down the street. You can taste the different varieties and the man behind the counter can tell you the story behind each variety. Very professional! The breakfast service was covid-proof: choose the items you want from the menu on your place-mat and some kind ladies bring them to your table. Enough variety and good cappuccino. The room was spacies and very clean. Same thing for the bathroom. We will return here if we are in the neighbourhood!

The room was clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom. It was a little small. The breakfast was nice and plentiful. The hotel has a great location close to the centre and a few steps away from a very nice restaurant.

It has a lovely spa which you can book for private use for two people. Unfortunately not everything was working, which was disappointing, but they offered us a discount.

A modern hotel located a short walk from the centre one way and from the Enzo Ferrari Museum (which was disappointing) the other.

The hotel spa had a facilities like a steam room etc but none of the services I would expect from a spa such as massages and the like which was disappointing.

Room was nice and clean, a bit on the small size. Safe did not work Good breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Car park a little down the road and they had to take the car to park it, which was OK.

not many facilities, parking quite expensive but staff parked and retrieved car very quickly.

Excellent location very close to the city center. Usual breakfast menu, with good Italian coffee but difficult to make a choice as you have to order from the list.

Most probably the toilet seat basin was not flushed correctly after the last use and welcomed us with old solid floating stuff.
