Excellent breakfast; although not included in room rate, well worth it. Convenient to several good restaurants. The room was comfortable with good air conditioning.

Refrigerator was barely cool, not enough to get drinks cold even though turned to its maximum. We didn't have a car but could see that street parking would be a real problem and garage parking really expensive.

So close to the train station. Amazing and friendly staff who were very helpful, easy walk to town. It was nice and quiet and the beds was very comfortable. Air conditioning was awesome. The room was modern. We loved it and our time in Modena.

The size of this room wasn’t a concern for us, but if you are a traveller who carts a lot of luggage, you may want to check storage space.

Quiet clean room, location, comfortable bed and a good breakfast. The fine gentleman overseeing breakfast was exceptional.

Our initial reaction with the two young women at the reception desk was not friendly or welcoming and when we further interacted with them for local recommendations it was the same.

Very friendly staff. Super convenient location, at walking distance from the city center and easy parking on the streets. Very comfortable beds. Ample clean towels.

The bathroom is really too small. We could only enter the door sideways because the door stopped against the bidet behind it. Very small shower.

Staff is simply wonderful. Helpful, kind and just lovely. We got a room on the first floor and even if it was overlooking a quite busy street, nothing could be heard from ot. We did not have a breakfast but we were assured, it can be had at a hotel, or a lovely morning cup of coffe as well.

Good location, good room, very good interaction with the people from the front desk. They were very nice and helpful. Modena is a nice and quiet city, well worth a city break.

We cannot book our stay with breakfast and we thought that the hotel doesn’t provide breakfast so we made other arrangements. At the reception we found out that there was breakfast also in the hotel. Maybe they can advertise better this option.

This hotel was terrific! Conveniently located to everything! Parking was easy and close! We were greeted warmly by the front desk upon arrival! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable! We were recommended a great local restaurant down the street was excellent! The hotel had a breakfast that was delicious and had a full menu with eggs and fresh baked goods! We visited the Ferrari museum which was in walking distance. A super hotel that must be visited when you come to Modena!

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast and coffee options were very nice and affordable. The location was perfect. It was a very nice boutique hotel with an affordable nightly rate.

Clean, modern rooms. Renovated bathrooms. The staff were all very friendly. Perfect location, a short walk away from the city center. The place to stay if you are visiting the Enzo Ferrari museum or the Maserati factory.

Wi-Fi it seems you can connect but was better off with cell connection. Hotel Wi-Fi is useless was never able to use my phone while on hotel Wi-Fi. Bandwidth slow
