Hotel Garden Napoli

The location was walking distance to the main railway station. This was a plus due to meeting with others of a group and also commuting to and from sightseeing locations. The staff was very knowledgable of local activity and helpful with advice and recommendations. The breakfast restaurant on the 6th floor of the building extended on to a spacious balcony with a view of the city.. The breakfast was good by italian standard with egg, salami, ham, rolls on top of the standard croissant and plenty of coffees. The room was spacious and came with a large balcony with sunloungers and an outdoor shower.

The location close to the station with its advantages also calls the guests to be careful in protecting their personal belongings they carry with them when walking in the area around the station. This is, however, not a drawback of the hotel since it offers a safe in the room for depositing valuable personal items.

The stay at the Napoli Garden Hotel was more than excellent. Tidy and clean rooms, the hotel is in a nice place for sightseeing. Our receptionist Nuncio stood out the most. Listen to his advice. Where to eat pizza, which places to visit…. You will not go wrong if you listen to the extra kind and sympathetic mr Nuncio.

We booked very last minute (on the evening for the same evening) and the staff were great in accommodating us with a travel cot for our baby which we really appreciated. We found the room big with a good bathroom, both were very clean. There was a fridge in the room and a decent wardrobe. The hotel is very close to to station so very practical for travelling elsewhere or getting the shuttle bus to the airport, otherwise only a 15 minute walk to the historic centre. It is also possible to leave luggage after checkout so great if you have a later flight. Great breakfast and lovely roof terrace too. Overall I would definitely recommend for a stay in Naples.

Perfect room, lots of room, comfortable sleep, big balcony with sun beds to tan and an outdoor shower. Very loud on road, noisy but expected in Naples city. Staff helped with anything we need, breakfast was basic but nice. Really enjoyed our stay here would recommend

One cleaner on one occasion cleaned our room and it had a lingering smell of smoke. All other days cleaning was good from other cleaner

Booked last minute as other hotel fell thru which was a Godsend! Nit only was breakfast fantastic, a great location but room had a terrace and on level 7 so the noises of naples which is hard to escape from was actually possible!!!! Fantatsic!!!! Wonderful views too! Plus free water bottles evrry day. Verrrry decent!!!

The breakfast was great. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The view from our balcony was amazing. The staff was very helpful and polite. Both train stations are a 5-minute walk from the hotel and the bus stops are also very close.

The area around the hotel doesn't exactly inspire a sense of safety. If you are traveling alone (especially if you're a woman) I wouldn't recommend the area, unless a sketchy neighborhood doesn't bother you. For more than one person, I'd say you're good.

second time in this hotel, this time having smaller room but better view of the city, the hotel is also renovated and offers breakfasts, good location, fast checking, recommend for a short stay in Naples

it is a pitty that they do not offer good bread for breakfast, but just some frozen-baked ones or toast bread... Naples is full of good bread and it does not cost much so they could improve the offer

Breakfast. Nice choices. Location. Next to metro station of Garibaldi. View from the room. Nice old buildings. They change towels every day.

It was a little expensice per person per night. It would be nice to be 10 euro cheaper per person. Also, you need to press 4-5 times the cistern in the toilet.

the room was very clean every day and comfortable. we stayed for 4 nights. our room had a balcony with nice city view which was fantastic. The room had a fridge, there was free water in the room every other day. we liked the staff, 24 hour reception service. vending machine right by the rooms.

the breakfast lacked variety. pillows were a little hard.

The front desk staff was wonderful!!! We had alot of questions & they were so helpful & kind!!! The gentleman who cleaned our room was so nice as well!! Everyone there worked so hard to make our stay the very best!!! Great location, views from my terrace included Mt. Vesuvius & Napoli!!! Loved the garden rooftop breakfast as well!
