Sweet Sleep provided amazing service and an amazing experience. My friend and I would happily book here again the next time we are in Naples. The staff went above and beyond, as our flight was delayed and we were not able to make it in during their check in hours, but they stayed up past midnight to ensure we were able to check in safely. Along with this, their rooftop patio was our favorite spot in town and we were amazed that they actually had the best pasta in town as well! We loved our stay here and would happily recommend this spot to all our friends and family. 12 out of 10!

We loved everything about our stay. The spot was amazing and we were so happy to walk into an air conditioned room after our travels through a heat wave. We wouldn't change a thing about this experience.

Great staff and lovely rooftop bar with hot tubs and a view. Also a lovely breakfast spread was included. Comfy bed, very much appreciated air conditioning and the best pillow I've put my head on in a long time! I'd even be able to sleep with the car horns beeping!

It is quite far away from most places of interest but it wouldn't be fair to not recommend staying because of this, just be prepared to either use transport or get your walking shoes on!

Good facilities and excellent staff who were very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast and the rooftop bar and restaurant are a bonus

The hotel is very good and well equipped. It’s located within 1km of the train station so the immediate environment to one side is not great. However, acces. To the city centre is easy so a lot to l9ke.

The building outside was not encouraging because it was not renovated and it didn't present well. The elevator was quite obsolete and only for three people. The looks of the rooms was quite acceptable . The standard of the rooms was satisfactory, there was air conditioning,which was a great plus but the walls were too dark, which made the rooms claustrophobic. Breakfasts were tasty but not diversified. What surprised me a lot was the fact that water in jacuzzis was cold and the bubbles were accessible only for three hours. Jacuzzi was not illuminated and it was supposed to be, as was treated as a main attraction of the hotel. What is a great advantage of the hotel is that it is in the close proximity to the city centre and the main means of transport. The service is nice and helpful.

To put it in a nutshell, jacuzzi didn't meet my expectations.

The sun roof with sun beds and a jacuzzi were an amazing touch that we weren't aware of when booking the accommodation. We had an issue with the air conditioning in our room a couple of times but the staff were on hand straight away to rectify the issue, even offering a change of room if we'd have liked to.

We found a broken acrylic nail on the floor after returning back to the hotel one day, assuming it belonged to the cleaner. I would've preferred for the cleaner to have placed the chipped nail in the bin, as opposed to leaving it on the floor for us to find and dispose of.

I believe this was my favorite hotel stay I have ever had. The room was nice and clean with a balcony, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was just wonderful. Both the breakfast I had here and the 1 lunch I tried was very tasty and the drinks were great as well. The roof top terrasse was my absolute favorite with super comfortable sun beds, hammocks and hot tubs in addition to a bar with the previously mentioned yummy drinks. I loved the fact that it was such a small hotel, no hustle and bustle, very relaxed atmosphere.

The pool mentioned on booking.com was really a hot tub, which didn't give me the chance to do the swimming I was looking forward to, but it was still a place to relax and cool down (at least in the beginning of the day, the water was warmed up during the day because of the sun).

The hotel is located a few minutes' walk from the main Garibaldi station, an excellent starting point for trips (metro, buses, trains). However, in the vicinity of the hotel, prepare for an increased number of immigrants from Africa, dirt, mess and stench, for which of course the hotel is not responsible. Evening walks around the neighborhood are unpleasant and possibly dangerous. The terrace on the roof of the hotel has two jacuzzis that are free and can be used until 11:00 p.m., bubbles are released by the helpful staff only at certain times and there is also a bar (drinks for €8). As for the room, we had a flamingo. The air conditioner worked well but was a little noisier, plus there is a larger refrigerator with good cooling performance. The shower was missing a door. Also, if you are used to a large blanket, prepare only for a sheet. Breakfast was fine (eggs, sausages, toast, yogurt, croissants, etc.) there is a separate person for coffee who prepares it for you (during breakfast). If you are looking for a hotel with a good starting location, this hotel can be a good choice.

Great location (close to the historic city centre and right next to the railway station) - the neighbourhood itself is not amazing (lots of rubbish and homelessness) but it is like this in all of Naples, so not at all the B&B's fault. Super-friendly and helpful staff, communicating in good English - I mean it, those guys are awesome, even helped us through whatsapp when we run into some trouble when sightseeing. Extra-filling and delicious breakfast with a lot of variety - that can be enjoyed on the roof terrace. The drink offer also was great. The roof! Amazing idea that can help you relax and cut off from the city buzz. You can also use the outside jaccuzzi. Very comfortable spacious rooms that are cleaned daily. Towels and shower gel provided. No problem with air conditioning. All in all very good value for money.

As said above - the neighbourhood is not to great but it is the nature of the city. It can get quite loud but the windows are new and provide decent comfort.

I really liked the rooftop and the breakfast included is really worthy. The staff were amazing, always polite and always want to help. They gave us directions to some really good places such as Spaccanapoli (it's the old down where all the street food and souvenirs are). Also told us how to get to Sorrento and Amalfi Coast. Really recommend going there. The food in the B&B's restaurant is so delicious and really cheap - I recommend the carbonara 😍 Also, the B&B is located near the Central Station where you can get the train straight to Sorrento but also to the old town :) it really is connected with all the places nearby.

The only thing that we didn't like was when we asked for a double bed, we were given two single mattresses compined together but other than that everything was perfect

We arrived at the hotel early in the morning and had the opportunity to check in immediately, which was very nice. It was breakfast time and the staff offered us the option of breakfast as well, which we were not supposed to have that day. The hotel was super decorated and clean and the room was cleaned every day. The linens were changed as well and the towels as well. The breakfast was great, there was a huge selection. We also usually had dinner at the hotel and the food was always excellent and at a great price. From the roof, there is a great view of the whole city and also the volcano. Also, the staff was very very nice and helpful. Sorry, I don't remember the names - but the girl with curly hair and the guy with emojis on his nails were super duper!!!

The only thing that can put people off is the location - the hotel is next to the train station and like everywhere in the world, the station is a mess. But that's not the hotel's fault. So thank you for the opportunity to spend 4 nights with you
