Nice and spacious room for 2. The bed was big and very comfy, slept really well. The bathroom was good, small but functional. Nice touches of decoration in the room and the communal spaces. Lovely roof terrace with big enough spaces. There are nearby coffee shops in the morning to get a coffee and breakfast, which we did. The property says that it offers breakfast but from our understanding, you need to book it in advance, we could not request it upon arrival. There are some teas and snacks however at no extra charge, although we did it use it - still a nice touch. Big windows with shutters to keep the room dark in the morning and also functional air con. It was great for our first night in Italy, 20 euro taxi from the airport. Cannot comment more on the location as we rented a car first thing in the morning and left Naples.

Not the easiest place to find, maybe a bigger sign or indication of where the property is would be helpful. We actually got help from a neighbour to contact the owner to let us in. Also, the extra fee for late check-in (15eu) was not mentioned on the property's page when doing the booking. We were happy to pay it as we arrived half an hour passed the check-in time, but it would have been good to know in advance.

Great location. Easy to reach from train station and easy to get to airport. Very easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Public transport links nearby but we didn't find them necessary. Historic centre. MADRE contemporary art museum so close and worth a visit. I wandered and saw so much of Naples. Best part of the guesthouse definitely the roof terrace and so wonderful to do an online QiGong class up there to recharge on a sunny February morning. So lovely in such a busy city with only a few birds to keep me company!

Wifi a bit patchy in the bedroom but good in shared area. Lots of stairs could be a problem for some guests but views from roof are amazing and worth the climb.

It had a great terrace spacious good for eating and relaxing, the bathroom was fantastic great shower wich is great after a long day, spacious room with airco and a fridge that got really cold absolutely fantastic

It was up an alley and to be honest I didn’t really feel save going up it, and we had to walk up quite a bit of stairs with a big suitcase, and one side of the mattress had a really big dent in it wich made sleeping a bit uncomfortable

The trick to keeping the shower water hot is to keep the water pressure high. If you have heavy bags, note that there are four flights of stairs to climb. Nice clean and comfortable room with common area. I didn't use the terrace. Good value and easy 18-minute walk from the main station. Unfortunately, 17 minutes from Piazza Bellini if you like to be out at nighttime. Recommend staying further northwest if this is your first time to Naples, or you like nightlife.

Very kind, helpful and friendly hosts, great communication, able to do airport transfers both ways; lovely duplex room - very clean and comfortable with a useful mini fridge; tea and coffee facilities; incredible terraces with relaxing chairs and the sounds of the city; we could leave our bags on the last day so we didn’t have to carry them around with us before we travelled; good location in the old town full of authenticity and charm; restaurant also linked to the b&b not far away serving incredible pasta!

The room was very nice and clean, the bathroom as well! Full pack of towels, bath cosmetics is provided! Amazing terrace where you can have a breakfast/dinner and just relax. The location is also good, close to central train station, close to touristic city center. But it is much more quite in the hotel area, so it's fine to sleep with open windows. Also thank you for letting us leave our luggage after check out but before the departure, it was really helpful!

It was a bit struggling to find the location because google maps shows the next building as the right one. We did not get a breakfast in the hotel, so we had to go to a pastry shop nearby (very close, literally 100 m), even though the breakfast was supposed to be included.

Had a great stay and enjoyed the proximity to old town and the train station (both short walks away). Our host helped us organize our taxi transfers to/from the airport which was very helpful and much appreciated since we arrived late at night. The area has several corner shops close buy to pick up some snacks and drinks to enjoy on the rooftop terrace and there is a small fridge in the room to store your food for packed lunches.

This place was exactly as the pictures show. First impression you can feel a bit unsafe because the street is dark in a typical neighbourhood but is a very easy walk from the central station.

Since it's called B&B it should have breakfast included. You just have a coffe machine in a common room and some water and cereals. Also, you need to pay an extra fee if you arrive after 23h00 when the owner lives in the building.

Everything was perfect, the place is amazing and very big. The hosts are incredibly welcoming! The highlight of the place is its Terrace which is huge and you can see all Napoli from an upper perspective. It is also very centric and near everything, which is very comfortable to all at any time and find great pizza spots.

Apartment is in the fourth floor but the walk is absolutly worth it! The nicest balcony on the roof to get some sun in the daytime (with shower) or to chill in the evening with pizza and beer. Staff was really nice and responsive. Rooms are with high ceilings, clean and the bed is really comfy. Just stayed there for one night but wanted to stay even more! We will absoulutly will be back when we come to Napoli.
