Location is amazing, close to the UNESCO heritage city center and also the main train station. From there it is super easy to explore the whole city. Of course there are also many shops in the neighbourhood. Because we visited in the summer time during the heat wave, we also explored beaches in the neighbourhood by train, which run very often and are a great to explore also around Naples. And cousine in the Naples is of course amazing, just try everything :)

Although we understand that italian breakfast is typically something light, we would prefer to have more options to choose from, the options provided were a little basic. But it was tasty nevertheless, but not enough to keep you full until lunch.

The whole property is exactly as shown in the pictures. Extremely clean and very secure! Great selection for breakfast and I especially enjoyed the warm fluffy croissants. Location is ideal. 5 min walk from Napoli train station and a bus ( Alibus) which takes you directly to the Airport at a cost of €5 pp. For UK visitors, UBER app can be used which connects you to a local taxi office. Journey from the airport to VistaViva B&B cost me £20 instead of the €35 quoted by the taxi drivers in the airport car park. Journey was made at midnight.

Room 6 has poor wifi connection Bathroom was a little bit smelly but its probably due to city sewage system. Hence why I rate the property 9/10 otherwise Massimo is spot on in every aspect.

Very clean, very well maintained with hotel-grade equipments which is excellent, especially considering the affordable price. On top of that, Massimo, the owner, is very friendly and provides very nice suggestions to the restaurants and cafes as well as the sights. The location is great because is very near Piazza Garibaldi and the main station, and the main attractions are also in 10-20 minutes walking distance.

The only downside I can think of is more a Naples problem, since the location is good and near the main street, some car noise can be heard during the night (although the windows do make it a lot quieter). Also the front entrance is not so clean since it’s on the street but after you enter the property everything is really nice and clean.

Ou stay in Naples was brief, only spent the night before heading to Sicily.Massimo was very helpful and the room was surprisingly modern and comfortable. Massimo gave us an early light breakfast as we had an early flight which was appreciated. He even played a little Paolo Conte music for us when he learned we are fans. There was some confusion when we arrived, we did not know where the check in was and started lugging our bags up the stairs. There is a lift but you must look for it/ the sign points to the stairs which is misleading. once you find the lift you go to the third floor then walk up one flight of stairs to check in. the location seemed a little sketchy but actually very close to the historic district.

The room was beautiful and the bed was super comfortable, plus the room itself was beautifully decorated. There was a spacious bathroom as well. Every morning, a large plentiful breakfast was provided that was on a cart we enjoyed in our room, complete with a fresh cappuccino. The manager helped up by providing a map and directions.

This was a little out of the main tourist area and a bit close to the train station for my liking - meaning, I wasn't as comfortable walking past the busy train station daily and there was a little further to walk after leaving the attractions. This might be a positive if you don't want to drag your luggage far after getting off the train.

Exceptionally clean, fresh breakfast with lots of choices, good location, exceeded our expectations. Due to our flight being delayed, we arrived very late at night & hours after the agreed time, but Massimo was so helpful & understanding. Massimo was very knowledgeable about the local area & gave us great advice & ideas on places to visit & things to do.

There was nothing we did not like, but one thing we would have preferred in our room would have been glasses for juice/water etc., & mugs instead of cardboard cups.

Mossimo was very helpful. Bed was nice and firm. Plenty things to walk around and check out close to location.

Shower floor was way slippery. My girlfriend might have broke her toe and I managed to slice mice toe open on a sharp edge somewhere in there. I'm blind without glasses so I couldn't quite see what it was. Elevator either refused to take us down after our stay or it broke down as we were leaving, at least we just had to carry it downstairs and not up.

The room was pretty large with a very nice design. The bathroom had everything included: even toothbrushes. The bed sheets were clean and conforable. You could adjust the temperature in the bathroom as well! Quiet all over the area. Breakfast ok. Fresh and had pretty much the minimum you could wish for. The host was very helpfull and answered all of my questions. I have arrived around 22.30 and he directed me via phone.✅️

+ 5 minute walk from central station + Super cozy and clean B&B + Helpful staff (Mr Massimo was more than willing to give us a prepared rundown of the town, recommendations and map etc and took the time and patience to run through it all and more) + Included breakfast and selection! Decent coffee, lots of pastries, yoghurt and biscuits etc. Better than a 2.50euro coffee and bread at a cafe. It doesnt start till 8 (I think because maybe of staffing and also the eating area is really close to 2 bedrooms so the noise will echo to the whole B&B if you're a light sleeper) + Clean and comfortable room + Love the little touches of style and thought that are carefully planned and hidden throughout when you observe the design and decor with lot of functional elements + I found the place super quiet + Elevator available to the floor above or below

- Not the first to complain here, but our fridge was also broken so I was a little surprised to hear it wasn't fixed quickly as the staff seem super helpful and responsive - I informed the host that the hairdryer wasn't functioning efficiently But all these things were overlooked considering what I paid and how much we otherwise enjoyed our stay.

hi! unfortunately we only stayed for one night, but: 1. the location was very good in terms of it‘s placement (very accessible , near the train station and the city center) - although Naples can be overwhelming when you first arrive, because all you can see stepping out of the train and until you arrive at the property are tons of garbage and shady people - but once you enter this property everything changes - including your mood and impression about the city. 2. the staff - very very friendly and nice (Massimo Verde and the lady - possibly his wife) - they are really sweet and helpful, he even gave us a map and explained to us how to arrive in different city attractions so that we could make the most of our one day stay. He also gave us a list with restaurants, bakeries, pizza places and bars so we could choose the best option for us. 3. the room - impeccable! every little detail was in the right place, beginning with the cleanliness of the room (11/10) and ending it with some of the little things like toothbrushes or intimate cleaning gel in the bathroom. - unfortunately our flight was really early in the morning and we did not have time to enjoy the breakfast, although i m sure it would have been amazing

- we do not have anything we disliked
