Great location though a little noisy if you're not used to living in a busy area with lots of activity and life! The rooms are so comfortable and every attempt was made to make us feel at home. Excellent breakfast in the cafe down the street and Mimmo replied to all our requests with help for certain things. He even booked us a taxi when we were leaving which took away some stress. Mimmo is an excellent host - so understanding and helpful which is just what is needed when you are staying in such an incredible town and don't know Italian!

We only found the mini kitchen area a bit tricky, but that is because I was expecting to be able to cook properly. There aren't facilities to make a proper meal, although we did make scrambled eggs and heated up some other food, so it was manageable. There are so many fantastic cafes and restaurants at a reasonable price and so eating in really wasn't necessary after all.

Clean, new and very good quality furniture, beds were comfortable (also the sofa bed), little but important touches like biscuits, sealed toothbrush, and toothpaste (just in case one forgets). Location is very strategic, probably the best you can have if going around the city centre or visiting surroundings (Montesanto station is just there). Mimmo is a nice host and if you need it, he will look after you!

It can be noisy even late in the evening, but nothing bad, a bit of a chit chat from the crowd of a relaxed bar across the street...

Mimmo (the host) was great and very helpful with anything we required. The apartment itself was great. Just the right size for a couple's holiday. The bathroom was great, with a light up mirror which is great for getting ready. Shower does take a while to heat up but no biggie. The balcony was great, we enjoyed sitting on there in the evenings after a busy day of visiting the sites. Shops are all local too, for any other amenities you'd require. We were given coffee, tea and other snacks for our stay. The breakfast is at a small bakery down the road which had the most lovely croissants in a range of flavours which we enjoyed trying, as well as lovely coffee. I would definitely stay here again. Its so central and everything was an easy walk away. The station is right next door, as well as the subway which gave us ease in travelling out of Naples to Pompei and Salerno for example. The street can be quite busy and loud in the evenings, but it didn't bother us. It's just a lively area.

Mimmo was a really nice guy, when we needed something he could always give us quick advice. The accommodation has a perfect location, there are two metro stops nearby. The apartment was clean and modern. For breakfast, which was included in the price, we could choose any pastry from his cafe and one coffee. I highly recommend this accommodation, we had no problem with anything.

Great location, right next to the station. Everywhere nearby. Near the bazaar, shops and restaurants. Breakfast in a nearby cafe. Nice host. The apartment is well equipped. Rather for two people, because the couch in the living room is very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Mimo the host was excellent and a pleasure to meet, made my parents and I wish we had stayed in Naples longer than just one night! Felt very safe in the room and the facilities were great...enjoyed sitting on the balcony enjoying coffee and sfogliatelle

Very easy to reach, just few steps from Montesanto station. We got the keys at the time we wished and the host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and easy to access. Nothing to complain. Small kitchenette available with fridge.

Location, cleanliness, facilities, friendliness of the staff. Very well soundproofed from the outside. Very new and clean accommodation in a popular neighbourhood, well located and genuinely Neapolitan. Highly recommended.

Minimal details, e.g. place a small light or bright notice on the entrance step to the bathroom to prevent tripping. Larger glasses would be nice.

The place was near the main shopping street (via Toledo). Also there were many restaurants and cafès near the apartment. Owner was very helpful - instructions were clear. He also organized baby crib and taxi for us.

Nothing to complain about.
