Spacious room, excellent location (very near the train station). A gentle lady received us in the late night. We stayed on the 3rd floor, accessible by lift. AC working in a good condition (very much needed during our visit) Spacious bathroom

I have doubts on the hygienic condition because we spotted a bed bug, had itching the whole night. My wife developed rashes after coming back. Balcony was not clean

The apartment was clean and we appreciate the smart access.

We both had the feeling that the apartment look slightly different in comparison with photos presented on the website. Especially the photo with the red bed for couple was not seen and we got separated beds....But sometimes it is fine to sleep with calm and to be separated...so in the and thank you. Just for one night it was fine. The thing which woke us for several times during the night was the interrupting sound of engines (mostly from Mopeds) from the street... So we tried to put the shutter down but it was broken and the rope was sticky as honey from my grandfather... But for one night after the bottle of wine for that price and close to the railway station...I would return with ear plugs and probably alone.

I like the room a lot, it was very clean, spacious, the same as in the photos, the bathroom was very nice, big, breakfast was delicious. I like online check-in and online room key. The locality was very strategic, close to the train station, 25min by walt to the airport. We have a small balcony. I appreciated the air conditioning.

The bed was a little bit uncomfortable, it creaked. The noise from outside was unbearable, I almost did not sleep because of it. There were old windows which did not isolate from any noise, you could hear everything (ambulance,planes,police,cars,...). The lady for breakfast was unprofessional, evasive, unavailable for questions, although breakfast was delicious I expected more cheese, less sweets, i did not find hot water to make tea.

Location is perfect, next to the Pisa Centrale station. 20min walking to the Pisa Tower and plenty of places to buy whatever you want or eat. They have a nice and complete breakfast where you can share some time with other guests. The staff is lovely and they will assist you in person or vía WhatsApp without problem. They use an online app for opening and closing the different doors, that was so useful because you don't need to worry about bringing the keys with you, you just need a phone. The room was so big and nice, well equipped and clean.

The bathroom of the room where we stayed, even it was quite big and renovated, the shower was not really good. It is not for tall people because you need to bend down to take a shower and it is impossible not to get everything wet as the shower head spreads the water everywhere. The water pressure is strong and it even hurts if you open the tap so much.

The place is beautifully decorated and clean. Our bed was comfortable and the bath tub a bonus. We were allowed to leave our luggage the next morning until 14:00, without extra cost and this favor was much appreciated. Unfortunately we did not have time to enjoy breakfast.

Our train arrived late and although we made them aware of that when we booked, we had problems to enter the premises, after hours. Neither the doorbell nor the telephone was answered and when we entered with other persons opening the front door, the office on third floor was closed. The Wifi connection was unstable and the electronic opening of doors were not easy.

1. Best thing about the hotel was the location, its absolutely close to the railway station. 2. The restaurants near are iconic and premium. 3. Leaning tower is the main attraction in Pisa - which is at walkable distance (not recommended for elderly), there are many restaurants on the way which serve good food and coffee 4, We were lucky to not have too many guests on the floor and the washrooms/shower room were always free to use

1. In Pisa shops close by 7pm (many of them) - so please plan your dinner ahead( nothing wrong with the room though) 2. Check-in/Check-out was seamless and automatic - yet, elderly people might have trouble. 3. Though the hotel was at the prime location - Not even the restaurant below knew the hotel was just above.

Lovely big room and bathroom. Good location - near the train station and walking distance to the leaning tower. Self check-in and check-out. Bed pretty comfortable although pillows could do with replacing.

Unable to check in until 3pm and no option to store your bags, so you have to hold onto them or pay to use a public storage facility. Same after check out. Water sprays out of the bath when having a shower so the floor gets quite slippery.

The best part was the location, 15-20 minutes of walking from the airport and the same to Piazza dei Miracoli. The railway station was located 2 minutes away from the building. The room was very spacious, as well as the bathroom and the air conditioning was working (couldn't be turned on/off from the remote, but from a button on it). It was decently cleaned when we arrived. Bed was big and confortable. We kinda liked the theme park-ish decorations of the hallways. Easy check in and check out. We had breakfast included and staff acted nicely to us. All in all, this is more of a 7 accommodation, but I give this score because of the prices we found when we booked this (and I looked throughout the whole july). We happily did not have any bugs or any unpleasantry throughout our stay.

The room wasn't very clean, especially the floor which seemed to be very poorly mopped (bathroom seemed ok, though). The windows did not provide any insulation (old windows) and you could hear every car on the street, but after 11-12 pm the city is quite empty, so no issues sleeping for us. The balcony was actually very dusty, but we didn't need it. The curtains were not holding very well and we only had 3 towels and one roll of toilet paper for 3 nights (decent, but should be better). Breakfast was pretty poor (nothing freshly cooked, only packaged products). Staff does not speak english. Room did not look quite like photos.

The property is in a good location, literally 2 minutes from the train station and 2 minutes from all the shops. Think it was around half an hour to the tower of Pisa, the bed was so comfortable and the room had air conditioning which was nice after a long day looking around. It was also quiet to say we was on the front of the property next to a main road

I’d say the first day with the doors, they was difficult to open but once you did it a few times it was so easy and fast.

Well located, close to the train station, easy access to the city. They had everything what I expected for the price - comfortable bed (bit squeaky), a bath, spacious room, extra blanket in the closet, TV and a balcony too. The decoration was nice, very italian and the self access option is great if you have a late or early flight.

My room was supposed to include towels, but I couldn't find any in the room. I messaged through Booking.com, as it was a self access room and couldn't find the reception and they replied telling me I booked the room too late - they replied half a day after I checked out. Also the staff only speaks Italian. The luggage storage is just you placing your bag in a room which was left wide open, it made me feel a bit uneasy through the day while I was exploring.
