It was our second stay in this hotel. We got the same room. First time we had a complimentary bottle of wine but no breakfast. This time I expected the same but for some reason we had no bottle of wine. We arrived late and didnt plan to go out hoping to had some wine before bed.

There was no wine, but also no glasses, no cups, no kettle. We had breakfast with this booking which I dont recommend at all - this is the most limited and poor breakfast I've seen in entire Italy! The breakfast had no warm pastry, no eggs, no brown bread, no cheese, no ham. Its easier to say what was there: yogurt, white toast bread, butter, cornflakes and 2 types of cake. There was coffee/tea/fresh juice as well.

Thats very good appartement if: 1.you are staing for 1 night 2. you are traveling by car-free park place near the building, easy check in. 3.personal is polite and aswers questions during the day 4. Appartement itself has everything you need for the stay 5. Piza tower you can reach by foot.

I would not say, that i disliked it, but for the breakfast could be more meals for choice

The property is well located 15 minutes walk from the main centre of Pisa. Very easy to find in a hire car and plenty of parking available to those staying behind a secure gate. The accommodation was comfortable and very nice with an outside seating area to relax in also. The staff were very pleasant and helpful over the stay and before with communications.

There was a kettle in the room but only fruit teas which was strange, it would of been nice to have coffee or tea in the room. But that’s really the only thing amd us very small in the grand scheme of things.

The room was very large. The breakfast was nice. The parking was easily accessible (located behind of the main building). There are some nearby restaurants in the area (e.g., the "Pizzeria Trattoria da Giovanni Pisakech"). It is relatively close to the tower of Pisa (you can visit it by feet but you need to pass through the train station and we did not feel safe to do this late in the night).

There were many mosquitos that could easily find their way into the room.

Nice room. Great to have free parking. The Pisa tower is 15 minutes walk away.

Mind the railroad which is close by and you will hear the trains passing by. Also there's lots of mosquitoes, so would be nice to take some sprays with you for kids especially. Nothing in the area, to eat or find a store you need to walk or drive.

The staffs are very nice and the breakfast is also good. Room is quite clean with air conditioning so still feeling comfortable in the hot summer. The location is close to the tower but a bit far from the main train station. Make sure to check the timetable of the bus from the central station beforehand as they are finishing quite early.

Great free private parking, quiet, ok breakfast, ability to self-check in after hours (very helpful for us as we had a late flight arrival).

The bathroom could've been cleaner, the shower hose was full of mould. Not the end of the world but it's just one of those small details that could be improved.

Could have used a contact number via WhatsApp since we didn't have a local phone. We needed to spray the room for mosquitoes and sent a message via Booking but they respond within 24 hours which is not useful

Service at breakfast was slow (everyone arrived at the same time) Google maps in English shows the wrong(because translated 🤣) name, so hard to find on Street View 20 minute walk ro city centre

Size of the family room was decent, nice decor also. Parking in the back garden is practical. Quiet area, 15 mins walk from the Pisa Tower.

Breakfast is limited to sweet packaged options. We missed fresh bread, ham, cheese, etc. The other thing was the key card. We received only one . As you need to use it at the front gate too, when you pack in and out the car, the room shots down electricity when the key is not in the slot.
