The location is great for reaching the Pompeii site, as well as the Pompeii train station (which would bring you easily to naples, villa poppea, as well as towards castellammare connecting to amalfi). The owner is very reactive on whatsapp, and ready to provide help. The hotel also provides a shared kitchen which can be pretty useful. Air conditioner is very effective.

In room with window facing the street, it can be noisy if has window open, to be honest, given the heat level in the region, it's anyway would require turning on the AC and have window closed, so not really a problem. The drainage of shower in our room doesn't work very well.

Only a short walk to the Pompei ruins and train station. The room was clean and quite spacious. The balcony was also quite spacious, with a great view of Mt Vesuvius. There is no fridge in the room, but you can use the fridge in the shared kirchen below. They have a coffee machine in the kitchen, but they don't provide breakfast, however, you can use the kitchen downstairs to prepare food and there is plenty of indoor and outdoor tables to eat at. There is also a cafe right next door if you want to get a snack. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a large shared outdoor balcony, which they call the Solarium, with tables and sun loungers. They also have a washing machine there that they said we could use to wash our clothes, except it had broken a couple of days before, so we couldn't use it.

The water in the shower kept changing temperature. The pillows on the bed are very big and do not compact down, so might not be comfortable if you like lower profile pillows. It is located on a main road so is can be quite noisy when you are trying to sleep. The wifi signal is quite weak - ok for checking messages but not great for watching videos.

Location was excellent, and convenient for Pompei and a short drive to everything else (Ercolano, supermarket, Vesuvius, etc). The terrace was our favorite - great for breakfast, or swing past Carrefour, grab some bread, meat and cheese - et voila! Salvatore was very helpful. Cafe bar next door was also friendly and cheap.

At times it was hard to get ahold of someone to ask a question. This could be easily resolved thru WhatsApp, but was not made easy. Good value for money, however it is next to a very busy road. Rooms were as expected for a B&B - small, limited space so be aware.

Big room with aircon & perfect location for our 1 night in Pompeii to see the ruins (10 min walk). We were also able to leave our bags for the morning after checking out.

Nothing, was what we were expecting really. Although I don’t think there was any breakfast included as part of the ‘B&B’ (we didn’t ask though)

The room is with balcony, new and clean, beds very comfy, everything great!

At the check in, we had a small misunderstanding because the guy at the desk first sent us to another place, but after calling the owner and 20 minutes of explaining, we finally got the room that we booked.

I would recommend it for everyone. I didn't plan to sleep in Pompei but it was late and due to this, I couldn't bring the necessary toiletries but I had towels readily available. The room also smelled really nice. It's also next to restaurants which is a plus.

Very conveniently located close by the Pompeii ruins. I was lucky with room1, very spacious and loved the orange colour deco, with balcony :)

Waited a while to be able to check-in, staff were not available nor answered the in-app message.

Really kind staff, great location less than a 10-minute walk from the ruins. There's a free car park right next to the hotel, the staff let us leave our car there while visiting the ruins even though we'd already checked out

Very clean! Furthermore, the owners are very helpful and friendly. (We accidently had booked the wrong date in booking, and correcting this with no extra costs was no problem at all; They are well reachable by phone for any help).

Close to the Pompei ruins and station. Host are friendly and helpful. Clean and big room. Value for money.
