location was very good close to the beautiful sights of Rome. many restaurants and shops close by to choose from. lovely piazza and park to relax and watch life go by! if you don't want a hotel then this apartment was lovely very big comfortable bed and great shower. only small downside was no breakfast available however plenty of cafes nearby. a lovely weekend and a taxi kindly arranged to get us to the airport for our flight home early in the morning.

maybe a few recommendations of where to eat within walking distance? but there was nothing we disliked.

Adele was wonderful, she let us leave our luggage when we arrived earlier than our check in and gave us so much useful information about the city and messaged us as soon as our room was ready. The location was amazing, it was so close to everything and everything was very walkable. It is located right by the main metro stations and bus stops as well. Room was clean! We loved that there was a fantastic pasta spot right under us as well as cafes and convenient stores.

We did leave some leftover pizza in a box that was unfortunately thrown away (I’m sure they thought it was just trash) but it wasn’t meant to be thrown away. But we should have known not leave a note or something.

The location is great - not too close to the centre where it can get very busy - but also not too far away. The hotel room was very quiet and well equipped. Adele was an amazing host and made sure that we have a great stay. There is a very well equipped Carrefour supermarket 5 min around the corner from the hotel which is also very convenient to pick up snacks, water etc. Villa Borghese is also very close. We walked everywhere - even walking to the Colosseum is only about 45 minutes.

Only minor points that did not affect our comfort or enjoyment of the stay: - Water would run out of the shower and onto the bathroom floor, which meant we had to use more towels than we would have wanted to - The bed was a little soft for our taste, and the pillows as well, but still fairly comfortable

Location was excellent, perfect for seeing Rome; on a busy area but the room was quiet and the location was perfect for a bunch of excellent restaurants, plus the termini was 4 stops away and while it's not a fully 24/7 staffed place they were responsive and accomodating.

The room was not quite big enough as it said in Booking appeared to show, it can not support 4 people comfortably - usually a king bed with a sofa would be enough for 2 adults and 2 kids so we had to add an extra room. Would be nice to have booking and others be super clear about number of people. Other surpirse was the city tax which was nearl 100 dollars for us on top of what we spent; why can't you blend that into the price and quote???

Adele was an exceptionally friendly and well-informed host. She made excellent recommendations for places to visit and to eat. The location very easy to reach by Metro and in walking distance of the city centre. The guesthouse is very tastefully furnished.

The twin beds pushed together to make a double tended to come apart in the night, and were too soft for one of us who suffers from back pain.

The room is very stylish and the guest house is clean, well presented and quiet. The bed was huge and comfortable, as was the bathroom and the location is so central you barely need public transport.

It was tough to find the location within the busking at first, but once found, no worries. Walk into the building, turn left at the end and take that elevator to level two.

The owner, Adele, was super welcoming and extraodinarily responsive. She helped me to sort out a Covid test site ( I needed to get a test to board my flight back to the US) and even made a reservation for me at a nearby pharmacy. She also arranged a very early morning driver to take me to the airport. The hotel is very conveniently located right next to the Flaminio stop on the Metropolitana. It's shockingly quiet and peaceful despite its location on major street. Simple, but pleasant and fully functional rooms that have everything you need.

The room was very clean, in general, as was the bathroom. There was, however, a considerable build-up of mold in the corners of the shower. Not a deal breaker but surprising given how clean it was overall.

Location is great and our room was very calm (couldn’t hear my traffic or noise from the street). The room was clean and nicely decorated.

Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, no breakfast is offered (which we knew) but you can find some other places for breakfast within 10min walk. There was a bit of limestone in the shower head causing the water to fall mostly against the glass door which created a pool of water outside the shower. We fixed it ourselves but surprised no one noticed during the cleaning. Negative points are truly minor compared to the positive ones, definitely recommend this place for a long weekend.

It is very conveniently located wit walking distance to many places of interest and also immediately next to underground, bus and tram stations. Very pleasant staff and rooms. We had apartment with the balcony, so we took the food from the restaurant immediately below and enjoyed having dinner on a balcony ☺️

The guesthouse was in a convenient location right next to a metro stop and walking distance from all major attractions. The rooms are lovely and the staff both reception staff Miguel and owner Adele were friendly and so helpful! Would definitely recommend!
