Having stayed there before we knew it was a good location and reasonably easy to walk to most central places. The room was always clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

There is some maintenance work taking place but that didn't really disturb us. Sadly, the breakfast roof terrace has gone but that wouldn't stop us staying again or recommending this accommodation

Right in the heart of Rome near Villa Borghese and Piazza del Popolo. Comfortable and within walking distance of many food and wine options. Very accessible from Metro which was great for transfers. We walked most of the city from there. There is a little Mercato on Via Angelo Brunetti which enabled us to buy a beer and wine for Aperitivo in the room prior to dinner and lots of Tabacchi close by for breakfast capucinno and pastry. Francesca and Debora were very friendly and knowledgeable about local options. They also booked a very nice airport pickup.

nothing we didnt like but its worth noting that Taxis are not able to be booked for pickups outside the Suites.

We loved the location - it's perfect for walking to all main attractions of Rome, and 25-30 min walk to Vatican City too. If, by the end of the day we'd find ourselves wandered out too far to walk back - it's 5 min walk away from Metro station and bus stop is right behind the building too. We used both and were very happy. Room was tidied up every morning for us and ladies at hotel couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming.

Staff and facilities were fantastic! Location was amazing, via di ripetta is a happening street and close to many restaurants, shopping and sites.

The room we reserved was NOT what we got. We reserved the dual level loft but was given a regular room on arrival. We did not complain to the wonderful staff because we were exhausted from travelling and it wasn't their mistake! This was the second time this happened to us while using booking.com, our one major complaint with the service.

The hotel is nice and newly renovated, in a good and quiet location not far from all tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly from the moment we booked and gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants around Rome, it also felt quite safe (there were different entry codes for the outside entrance and the entrance to the hotel). it was extremely hot while we were visiting and the AC worked well!

It wasn’t a huge problem but there were a few ants crawling in the corner of the room on the floor, you could hear some noise from the other guests in the hallway but again, it wasn’t a big problem and didn’t happen often

Excellent room and staff. Self check-in was great and so is the location. The room was small but very cute and had everything i needed.

There were some issues with a noisy device and an issue with the WiFi signal not reaching most of the room, but the staff was very kind and got right on it. Room 306 had somewhat bad WiFi signal, the speed is great but it only reaches the corridor and toilet, so plan your Zoom calls accordingly : ) (they were so nice they probably fixed it by the time you are reading this)

Close to Rome center and 7 minutes to metro. The host was really nice and gave us recommendations for places we should visit, talking over Whatsapp was really easy. The area was quiet and felt safe. We could store our luggage before check in, self checkout was also easy.

The water stream wasn't so good and the mini bar in our unit wasn't cooling well.

The room was very spacious, including the modern bathroom with shower. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. The decor was tasteful and uncluttered, helping us to gain a sense of calm after a tiring day out touring. This was refreshing after our experience in a cluttered and somewhat run-down rental apartment the days before. Location was perfect: near to the historical centre without being chaotic. Really great value for money. Staff were friendly.

The location is amazing, property is very clean. We travelled with a Norwich terrier, so enjoyed dog-friendly option of the property.

There’s no terrace now (reconstruction). Sometimes it was very noisy in the morning due to the thin doors (each morning we heard boiling kettle because it was next to our door for our floor) and repair work near on the second floor.
