Its biggest advantage is the location. Close to everything! Walking distance from Vatican, Colosseum, Borghese etc. Also, the owner, Simone, is very kind. He contacted us the previous day giving us all the necessary details, and was available anytime. The building is old, but since you travel at Rome it makes you feel like local! The bedrooms were big, with windows, and the beds comfortable. Although the bathroom was small, it was very clean and with hot water all day. The breakfast was exactly outside bedrooms, so you could have a coffee anytime, even with your pyjamas! It would be better if it was something salty (cheesem, ham) for breakfast as well. However, it had coffee, juice, milk, cake, croissants etc.

B&B Domus is the perfect location in Rome. The apartment has a comfortable old-world charm. The breakfast was good. My son loved the daily baked goods. We had everything we needed, and the owner was so helpful. He arranged airport transfers and helped us out with any problems. The neighbor restaurants are very good. Everything is walkable, or the metro is just across the piazza. It was the perfect spot for our family of 5. We would stay here again if we return to Rome.

The apartment is historic, so the bathrooms are small. I found them charming but don't expect a spa like experience.

We enjoyed our stay at BB Domus. The location was good (a little bit noisy but that's because they are doing some renovation on the building across the street), the apartment old but comfortable , great for a family of 4. Communication with the host was excellent. I recommend it.

It's not that I didn't like it, but by reading the description beforehand I had not realized (probably my fault or the site's translation fault) that we would in fact be sharing the apartment with other guests (in our case, it was a couple, absolutely no problem). But of course the part of the apartment we used was separated by a door, so it was OK. Just a little awkward at first during breakfast. Which, by the way, could have more variety.

very warm welcome by signora adele, she makes you feel at home immediately and gives wonderful food suggestions (giolitti for ice cream, la montecarlo for the best pizza in rome just off piazza navona!) the b&b is located at the heart of everything you want to see and do, breakfast is ready in the morning so you can get started right away! warmly recommended for your city trip to Rome

It is a wonderful place in the city center, close to nearly all the sightseeing places. Two-room apartment, with antique furniture, is very convenient for living. The building is ~400 years old - everything is saturated with the spirit of the Middle Ages. It is worth mentioning that the apartment was really warm (we’ve been there at the end of December)

Location was great. Restaurants, shops and sightseens, everything near. Room was good and comfortable. Accomodation felt authentic and was personal and interesting. Simone was friendly and great host. Would go again.

If you are light sleeper, take earplugs. Resaturant noices, garbage cars and traffic noice might be disturbing, we didn't mind it thought. For Northern European taste breakfast is a bit light and sweet.

I liked that Simone contacted me before arriving & arranged for a driver to bring us to the B&B. Also the simplicity of the place & great location. Simone accommodated a last minute request for an extra bed for my son that came to visit. The breakfast was simple & just what we needed. The room was quiet & clean. Everything was perfect.

Our stay here really complimented our family visit to Rome. The location is excellent for walking to any of the sights in central Rome. The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet with a good shower and working heating and cooling system. The bonus is that breakfast was included. We couldn't ask for more.

location easy for restaurants sites and shopping

parking can be difficult but our host suggested the parking garage and used taxi for longer distances. we are older but for younger ones and active ones you’ll be fine walking to parking garage to the b & b.

The B&B is located in the very centre and a good starting point, if you prefere to walk around by foot. The 2 rooms and the bathroom have a separate door and it seems almost like a little private appartment for a family. Communication with the landlord was very good. Price was more than fair.

Breakfast was not as expected as there was nothing fresh, all packed in plastic, not even a fresh croissant or some fresh bred. They should not offer breakfast, because the price would still be fine without. Bathroom was very small, but ok especially if you consider the great location.
