The location was great. Most places that we wanted to go were within walking distance. Plenty of good cafes and restaurants were close by. The room was very spacious and clean. Although limited in English language the staff was very friendly and helpful

The twin beds mattresses were kind of thin and not real comfortable. The street noise was loud at times. However the excellent windows when closed blocked noise extremely well so night noise did not affect sleep if the windows were closed.

Fantastic location, literally minutes away from Piazza del Popolo, the town square with the 3 intersecting roads and twin chapels; the Via del Condotti shopping district, Spanish Steps and Villa Medici. Also truly grateful to the lady who was incredibly kind and patient with me. I had a late flight coming and a delayed flight going out, and she waited for me the night I arrived and helped me out with my luggage. On the day my return flight was affected as well, she was kind enough to let me stay at the parlour area even after checkout, until my transport arrived much later. We couldn't completely communicate with each other, but thanks to Google Translate, we managed.

Everything was great and good value for what you pay for. I have no dislikes.

I have stayed here before 17 years ago. It is situated in the best street - Via Del Corso and is convenient to walk to major attractions. The bed was very comfortable with lovely clean sheets. The owner/manager (Marinella??) was lovely and helpful and even though she could not speak much English - I can speak no Italian, we managed.

The shower was big but a little awkward - but as it’s an old building with converted rooms, some things are a bit quirky.

The property was in a prefect location. Very central . I felt very safe as a single female traveler here. Staff was great .

The only thing I can think is that for the money spent the mattress and pillows could a little more comfortable. But it was terrible.

The receptionist was very very kind, wonderful smile, and even if I didn’t speak much Italian we were still able to communicate, it was a pleasure to meet her. The room was beautiful — Incredibly large and cosy with the bathroom and bedroom separated by a corridor, which I really liked. Location was perfect too, just under 5 minutes to either the Spagna or Flaminio metro

Not much really!

Perfect location next to Piazza del Popolo, I had an interior room that was very quiet. It has some old world charm. Very clean and safe. The lady at reception was very nice. Very pleasant stay.

The mini fridge didn’t quite work and the bathroom shower was tiny. There was a tub with a hand held shower but no curtain which would have meant flooding in my case. But these are nitpicks.

Location is amazing, you can reach main historical places in old downtown by walk, also to do your shopping, and to reach metrostation.. Place is neat, specious for family, cooperative supporting staff, very good wifi signal. We really enjoyed all the details of our stay.

Tight lift to go upstairs, which is not a matter considering the other positives.

The location is excellent, especially if you are a first time visitor to Rome. Right on Via del Corso, which leads to Pizza Venezia, but closer to Piazza del Popolo and easy access to Borghese gardens. Makes accessing the Metro, less than a 5 min walk away so easy.

the hotel is in the middle of a busy area with access to shops and restaurants but at the same time once you enter the room, it is quiet. the owner shes is really friendly and helpful

for me since am a big guy 1.97cm 6'6 the bed was kind of small

We had a 5 night stay and the room was cleaned and maintained very well everyday. The location in particular was excellent. It is at Piazza Popolo with good connectivity to the Metro and many sights to see were well within walkable distance.
