The Spanish Suite Via di Ripetta0

The room was really cozy and pretty. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was super clean. They had snacks and a bottle of wine in the room, they provided towels and a hairdryer, and they have shampoo too. We stayed only 3 nights and everyday they were coming and clean our room. Also they have a little kitchen with a fridge, a kettle and an espresso machine. The soundproof was okay, if you were talking really loud they can hear you tho. The receptionist were nice and friendly and you can also communicate via WhatsApp. The location was amazing and nearby there are a lot of restaurants, cafe and shops. I recommended it for sure!

There's nothing we didn't like but I have to tell, and they let you know too, that the reception is in a different building. It's not a real hotel, it's an apartment with different rooms and I think that they have more apartments. Our rooms were similar to the photos, not exactly the same but they were really nice and clean anyways.

Great location, very close to the Spanish steps and walking distance to almost all popular Rome landmarks. Complete facilities, aircon is working well. It's got elevator. Just need to be noted that the lobby is on a separate building that is 1 block away from where the actual rooms are, so checking in was confusing at first. But the staff who welcomed us was very helpful in assisting us

The bathroom had a leak so there were some days where our bathroom floor is really soaked. Sometimes it happens and at other times it doesn't.

Clean, comfortable, easy check in, close to central Rome, great restaurants nearby (Ad Hoc is a must try)

The wifi wasn’t great and 3/4G was non-existent in the room

Breakfast was simple and lovely - great coffee, cheese, meats, bread and orange juice The staff especially Ali was fantastic and helpful - he called a taxi for us many times as we needed to be out early for our city tours! Hotel location was perfect - in the middle of Old Town!! Safe and close to shops & cafes. Everything is almost walking distance.

Air-conditioning could be better as we were in Rome during the summer. Lifts were tiny but I guess that's pretty common in Rome especially in the old town.

The staff at the REception, specially Mikela, at the Reception! And the great DANTE! The rooms were very good and quiet! The bathrooms also were what I expected to be and I was able to receive my shoping on line without any problem. The fact that it was on block from the main shoping area, I was in heaven, as I could drop my shopping and continue! I love it and I will stay here again & again!

Great ambience, small but had everything you needed, felt very luxurious like I was getting value for what I paid.

The only bad experience was they organised my airport transfer which never showed up. This was very stressful in the morning before a flight. I had to call reception twice to find out what was happening and for them to end up calling me a taxi.

The staff was very friendly. Hotel manager was very flexible and allowed us to change our booking. The room was very big and comfortable, absolutely clean and a beautiful view from the window. Clean and nice white blankets, air conditioning working well, nice decoration and amazingly modern bathroom (with towels and shower gel). The room was cleaned every day.

Wifi was not working at all because of a specific problem (they are supposed to have). In any case, they offered to change us to another place with wifi so I can't complain. There is no elevator (or it is not working) so we went up with our suitcases to floor 2. The check in manager helped me so it wasn't a problem but take it into account if you are traveling with a lot of things like us or if you don't feel like climbing stairs.

The hotel is amazing. The location is excellent, the staff is super friendly. Everything was clean thanks to Zakaria who cleaned our rooms every day. He was a very pleasant guy who helped us a lot. I will stay in the same hotel for sure the next time I’ll visit Rome!

Everything! Starting from the staff ( especially Mikaela ) she was very helpful and supportive and very responsive, she really helped us a lot and was ready to answer all our questions and guide us. All other staff members were amazing too. The location was perfect, very close to main attractions. The room was spacious and clean. I highly recommend that you stay at this hotel!

everything really good; the only thing lacking is better TV device (so that you can attach Chromecast or play Netflix). If it was a newer TV it would be 10. For the stuff it is 10z
