Location, interior, staff, cleanliness, attention to details, phone provision, staff going extra mile to help and satisfy needs, whether thats taxi transportation, umbrella provision and of course wonderfull rich breakfast!

The bed in double room was too narrow. For 2 slim girls even there was a fear to fall down from the bed every night. The shower cabin equally was too tight. There was no small fridge. The location itself is in a very noisy hype place and noise goes on untill 2am not ballowing guests to sleep even with provided ear plugs. We had an unpleasant surprise at check out, finding out that daily provided 2 bottles of water were for fee (2eur per each 400ml bottle!) Customers were not informed about that at check in, and even thought on bottle top there was a note attached, describing how they distilled water, the fee info part was with small shrift at the bottom, so hardly anyone reads that through.

Location, stuff were perfect, The room and the hotel were very clean. The hotel was located in a small but quite noisy square. Despite this, noise from the street was not heard, as there was excellent sound insulation, which is very rare for Rome. Тhe breakfast was quite good, which is also a rarity for Rome (unless you choose a rather expensive hotel). The bathroom had all the basic necessities, which is rare for this level hotels. In the room was a telephone that you could call for free. 24 hours reception. I was pleasantly surprised end very satisfied. I visit Rome often, but there are only a few accommodation options that I want to return to again. I will definitely try to come back here.

I don’t know how this can be improved, but the room was very small, although this is not a problem for Rome (after all, the room is needed only to sleep and take a shower)

Location great. Breakfast really OK, not too versatile, but good quality food. Essentially, really good place in good location, with good staff and OK rooms (small but sufficient)

It is unbelievable that you cannot get coffee unless you pay for full breakfast or go outside. People need coffee to start the day and sometimes breakfast is sth you just want to change or do outside the hotel (especially if you are there over 2-3 days). I think this is easy to fix, and has high relevance (it doesn’t even have to be free or included, but shouldn’t come at a cost of full breakfast of 15 eur)

Fantastic one-week stay in Rome! The hotel, located in the heart of the city, was a true gem. The location was ideal, within walking distance of historic sites, charming neighborhoods, and bars to pass the night. Also, the room was really clean. The staff’s hospitality was exceptional, making my stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for a solo traveler.

Do not expect an exceptionally large room if you go as a couple. I believe the room size might be standard for the hotel in the city center (I might be wrong, as I booked myself the deluxe room and the other room upgrade could be much bigger). However, imo as a solo traveler, it is good enough. While the hotel didn’t provide a water cooker, the overall experience was still positive. The room’s comfort and the excellent service made my stay enjoyable. A minor inconvenience was easily overlooked amidst the hotel’s other positive aspects. I would recommend it for a pleasant stay with friendly service!

Room was perfectly clean and staff was well-mannered and always ready to help. The location is 7 minutes walking time from Colosseum and a minute walking time from metro station, besides there is a small square right behind the hotel, which makes the place even more appealing.

Hotel has two types of rooms: first, where windows are opened towards a small square behind the hotel and second, where windows are looking on the inner yard, walls of the yard were undergoing restoration and metal scaffolding where placed. I was staying in the second type of room and had no wi-fi, probably because the abovementioned reason. If it is temporary problem it is ok, but if not- it should be solved somehow. Breakfast was scarce and repeating every day, but it is so accepted in most of European hotels. If i will come for the second time, I will obviously prefer to have breakfast in one of the cafes around

the decoration of the hotel and room were great. the location is awesome and the bed comfortable.

the wifi was terrible. didn’t work and we really depended on it. also the bathrooms are the smallest, you can not turn in the shower as it’s really small.

The location was very convenient. Outside the hotel there are many entertainment places. The hotel is a short walk from many attractions. The room and the hotel were very clean and the service was excellent. A mobile phone was waiting for us in the room so that we could move around the city and be in touch easily. The room was not big but we didn't need more than that. Every day they changed towels, cleaned and completed what was missing.

The shower was very small and we were surprised to find out that there was no TV in the room, but it wasn't really needed anyway.

The staff was very helpful, the hotel's location was impeccable (The Monti Square itself was very pleasant). The facilities were very satisfying especially to give a mobile phone to guests for maps and international calls was exceptional! Everything about the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was quite rich.

The only downside about the hotel was the size of the beds. Even a king sized bed was for 1,5 people not for 2. Although the bed was comfortable.

The single room (not economy) was very suitable room for one person. Everything was there what you needed, even the slippers. Room was super clean. I also got a lot of friendly help from reception before and during my stay. Best thing was the location. Close to sights but the area itself is full of nice local restaurants, cafeterias and boutiques plus it is right next to the lively piazza.

Guidance in setting the shower curtain inside the sink not to let water spread around the bathroom floor. You can hear other quests voice from other rooms, but night time was completely silent so it did not bother in the end.

The location is only 8 minute walk to Colosseum. The hotel is surrounded by good restaurants , gelaterias and pharmacies. The nearest train station is only 5 minute walk. The staffs are nice ,very knowledgeable and very accommodating, especially Monica and Andrew at the front desk they exceeded our expectations. Housekeeper is prompt with service. The lady at the breakfast station I did'nt get her name, is also very good with service -she even made sure I received the ice I requested. Although the breakfast is the same every morning, it's still a good selections. The guy who checked us out is very cordial and help us out find a ride to the airport.

The shower is too tiny it's hard to shower without making the water leak outside of the curtain.
