Amazing place to stay. The staff constantly took care of us and of every single little thing as well - whenever we came back to our room, it was cleaned, even the phone chargers were rolled up, toothbrushes in the glass on top of the sink, towels folded, stuff like that. They offered to bring us breakfast the evening before our early morning flight, so we still had something to eat in the morning. Helped us with arranging taxis, etc. They were really friendly and we felt very welcome. The location is very close to the Colosseum, we could see it right outside of the house door. There are some really nice places to eat around, the staff recommended some to us and they have proven to be great. The BnB is spotless and airconditioned and everytime we walked into the reception hall, my friend said out loud “It smells so nice here!” :) I can definitelly recommend this place.

Amazing stay from start to finish. We were picked up at the airport with a pre booked transfer. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. We spent 3 nights, excellent value and the breakfast was delicious. Lovely little extras like tea and coffee in the room, biscuits and bottled water complimentary. The most wonderful trip ❤ Sophia , Ireland 🇮🇪

The location couldn't be any better. Right on a main street for pickup with Uber or taxis, right near the best food spots and hangout (Piazza della Madonna de monti) and right near shops and a quick walk to most sights like Trevi area and Coliseum and Forum (You can see the Coliseum as soon as you exit the big green doors). The service is excellent - the beds are made military tight. Every day you get fresh towels tied with an orange ribbon. "Rainfall" shower head and smaller attached head. Lots of products to use like shampoo/body wash, lotions and wet wipes that were above average. GREAT air conditioning! It was HOT and we took the afternoons off to take naps, chill out, watch the Tour de France and then went back out. The breakfast was AMAZING. Fresh fruit, pastries, cappuccinos if requested, etc. So good! On the last day, the attendant helped us get a shuttle to the airport, scheduled it and everything. It was a great stay and would highly recommend!!

We really wished the room had a refrigerator, but that was about it. The staff entered our room three times a day - so if privacy is a problem for you - just be aware that they come in at a pre-scheduled time to deliver your breakfast each morning (which requires you to have the table area cleaned off and ready for the food), then in the afternoon to clean, and then to do a turn down service. Sometimes it was a little disconcerting to find my daughter's clothes in my suitcase because they had been on the floor and the person cleaning the room put the items where ever. But that was about it.

Excellent service. Cleaning twice a day. Special made breakfast. Excellent location. Difficult to think of anything more to ask.

Breakfast was made on request and served in room which worked great but i still prefer a breakfast room where I can choose the food and drinks myself on spot.

The location is great. 5 minutes walk to the Colosseum, 10 to 15 minutes walking distance to the train station as well as close proximity to most other attractions. There are many restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and contacted us prior to our stay to see if we needed any transfers. The room had a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Lots of little extras such as cookies and lollies in the room and small bottles of hand sanitizer.

The room was a little small but we have found that is not unusual in most hotels we have stayed at in Europe within this price range.

The stay in Zefiro home was the best stay that I have ever been by booking. The staff there were really kind, they cleaned our rooms several times through the day without us asking for it. The property really felt like home, with cookies, fresh water as well as coffee and tea the whole day. They really thought of evertything, the toilet had evertything, from make up cleaner to body lotion. The breakfast was really good, tI highly recomend to try the coffee latte with the breakfest. The location was perfect, 5 min walking to Colloseum. Highly reccomend to everyone!

We liked the stay very much. The Breakfast service was amazing. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were very kind and helpful. The biggest advantage is that it is very near to Colosseum and 10-15 mints via Metro/Bus from Rome central Station. I also used mini scooter (voi/lime) some times from central town. I would really appreciate staff for arranging mini breakfast day before when we said we leave early in the morning, so that we would carry some of it while traveling and eat it. Usually no body offers Breakfast like that when we said we will leave early, technically we miss out (Most of the times it happens for us due to early morning trains)......

One challenge is to finding out this B&B. We had little struggle to identify the right entrance. Later, we guided by Lady works in next door and found out the entrance. Probably, it would be nice to put a small name board outside next to the main door which is helpful for Guests coming in....

A small guesthouse, I believe it only had four rooms. Our room was a decent size, clean and had sufficient storage opportunities. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Excellent location. Breakfast was served in the room which was convenient. The staff was very attentive. No traffic noise. Overall a good guesthouse.

Sadly the breakfast basically didn’t have any variety which is annoying if you spend more than two nights here. The only major negative thing was that you couldn’t open the window in the evening because there was a very bad frying smell from downstairs restaurant in the inner courtyard. Also the interior doors could use some soundproofing.

nicely placed very near the coliseum and was within an easy walking to and from all sites in central Rome. Comfortable bed and a small but adequate en-suite bathroom. all very clean and the breakfast provided was absolutely amazing- way more than we could eat but very good. Also very close to good restaurants and shops .

our particular room opened directly onto the reception area and entrance so was a little noisy at times - so we could hear all conversations outside- I cannot comment on the other available rooms so they may be ok. however all was very quiet after 10 pm so we were not disturbed sleep wise after then.

The location was ideal for us; minutes away from the nearest metro station, you can see the Colloseum from the door and walk to it in 5 minutes and there are plenty of great bars and restaurants close by. The building itself felt so full of character. The welcome from the receptionist was warm and she provided plenty of information about how to get around Rome. Staff were always friendly and welcoming. The apartment was a good size, spotlessly clean, super comfortable bed and high end bedding, with tea making facilities provided and free water and a host of little touches such as candies, biscuits and toiletries. breakfast is served in the room but you have flexibility over the time and content, although it does mean you have to order what you want the day before. having a lift was much appreciated as we had big cases.

there was nothing we disliked and we would definitely stay here again however I would maybe issue clearer instructions about how to access the building on arrival.
