The room was very spacious and had a great bathroom. The air conditioning was fantastic, and we appreciated the daily cleaning. Emanuele was great about our check in and check out.

We never saw anything or heard about breakfast at the facility other than we knew where the coffee machine was, but we don't drink coffee or tea so we never used it. We understand that maybe that is considered a breakfast in Italy, but we did find it frustrating that our reservation said breakfast included, yet we had to buy breakfast each day because we never saw any food. When we checked in, there was nothing mentioned about when or where breakfast could be found.

Staff: Emanuel and his friend who helps there were amazing. I not only appreciated him as an inn keeper host but truly and amazing, fun, friendly guy! Plus he made me a Cappuccino every morning to drink while still in my pajamas! Heaven!!!! Room: There are no words. This place was gorgeous…elegant… modern. The bed was heavenly to sleep in. Towels big, fluffy and soft. The bathroom was large, modern, spacious and fully decked out. Location: Perfect to walk anywhere in the historic area yet super easy to get taxi if you want it. Great restaurants nearby. Emanuel will gladly give you recommendations. It was beyond perfect. Exceeded my expectations in every way. I’ll stay here again. Already recommended it to two friends

If there was any downside it was that at night we wanted to open the window for fresh air but it was noisy outside all night long. But, the windows are noise proof when closed and the air conditioner worked perfectly.

this property was perfect for me and my mom! We had one night in Rome after our cruise and Emanuele was so kind to us. When we arrived the room was not ready but he held our suit cases, gave us water, gave us tips where to eat, where to go, how to get the landmarks nearby... super friendly! Once the room was ready he put our bags inside the room for us. The location of this property is perfect! Full of wonderful restaurants, a short walk to the colosseum (about 10 min if you get lost in the cute streets like we did), short walk from the Termini train station, near Trevi, and there's groceries stores and pharmacies around. The room was spacious, clean, bed was comfortable, had great little amenities like tooth brush kits, and a full stocked mini bar with pretty decent prices. We wish we had stayed here when we first arrived in Rome and for sure will stay again when we come back to visit in the future. Thanks Emanuele for taking great care of us.

Can not recommend this hotel enough! Host was extremely kind, room was huge! Bathroom was very spacious. Water was perfect and warm for showers after a long day of site seeing. The host was very accommodating and provided travel cot for my son, gave me an ironing board and iron soon as I requested it. We have been Rome few times so we knew where to find the sites which were all walking distance. Spanish steps and Trevi fountain were less than a 10 minute easy walk and St Peter’s square was 40minute gentle walk. We didn’t choose the breakfast option however there was free coffee and pastries every morning which was super kind and generous!

It was perfect from size of room, customer service from the host and distance from attractions.

Emanuele and his team were exceptional, I cannot recommend staying at the Cardilli Luxury rooms enough. The location was perfect for walking to various wonderful sights around Rome. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Emanuele went above and beyond to help us organize our middle of the night airport transfer, even sending a text at 3am to confirm our taxi was on route. You could tell he loves being a host and was always friendly and smiling in the mornings at breakfast, We would love to return!

the room was spacious and smelled amazing, it was very clean as same as bathroom. the location is perfect. the host emanuele was the best host in the world!! he helped us a lot (taxi, bus, tickets, gave us iron,...) every morning he would welcome us with coffee and pastries. when we are in Rome again, we will certainly return to Cardilli Luxury Rooms. Everything was PERFECT💯

The location was excellent within 10 minutes walking distance from the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain! The staff were excellent and quick to respond via WhatsApp with any queries I had! The rooms were cleaned everyday and were very spacious and modern.

The Wifi was a bit hit and miss but was resolved immediately. The hotel is also on the 3rd floor of the building, although has a lift but looks quite old to use so we took the stairs everyday, but not a problem at all!

This place was amazing. The host was so kind and got in touch with us the day of our arrival to confirm everything and give us contact details. We met the host when we arrived (3rd floor) and was very welcoming. The room was a room and what we expected but so clean and modern. The bathroom was also small but perfect for what we needed. It was so central to everything we walked everywhere. There was no noise at night and cleaners came in everyday to clean while we were exploring. Overall exceptional stay.
