great location in the Monti neighborhood. very nice staff at the front desk. nice terrace on the roof available to all guests. great restaurants, shopping and most the tourist attractions within walking distance.

wifi doesn’t work in the rooms very well. fairly loud outside traffic noises in the rooms even with the windows closed. only about 5-10 minutes of hot water in the shower. breakfast options fairly limited.

first room Vivaldi smelt damp and musty but the moved us to a better room second day. Picasso room was perfect!

Booked this hotel for a last minute trip to Rome. Wasn’t expecting much from the reviews and pictures but was pleasantly surprised. Hotel rooms and bathroom were very clean and offered cleaning services everyday where they make your bed and replace towels etc. Decor is a little bit dated but fine. Shower pressure was not that high but still decent. Bathroom also had a bidet which was a plus. AC was really good which was needed because it was very hot when we went. Nice view of the street outside from the window. Location was fantastic, 7min walk from the colosseum and loads of restaurants / gelato places around. Hotel staff were very nice and friendly. I still highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Rome, we stayed for 5 nights.

One negative was that walls are thin and we could hear the neighbours/ people outside talking. There’s also alot of noise on the street when bin lorries come in the middle of the night to empty the bins. Breakfast was disappointing with not many options. They give you a croissant, yogurt, cold bread with jam/ nutella and cheese. Choice of tea/ coffee/ juice.

- the breakfast was 3 days the same, you cannot chose what you eat. It's 2 slices of cheese, 2 of bacon, 1 croissant, 1 yogurt, a coffee and a glass of juice, bread and butter. Every day the same.... - the shower cabin was too small and the shower head was fixed in the wall. For a male at 95 kg was hard to wash myself in that small space because you do not have at least a flexible sower hose reach with the water my entire body.

A fantastic boutique hotel in a great location. The hotel in the heart of Monti could not have offered us more on our first stay in Rome! The room for a family of three had ample space consisting of double bed and a chez lounge bed separated by a dividing wall. The room had Roman charm with the stone ceiling and other small details. The bathroom and room was cleaned on a daily basis with the staff doing a great job! The room was equipped with a mini bar ($ extra) stocked as required with beer, soft drinks and vino. Air conditioning was provided. Just up the street from the hotel is a small supermarket which offers all supplies you may require! The roof top terrace was beautiful, the flowers and plants made the terrace a wonderful area to sit and have a drink in the evenings listening to the hustle and bustle in the alley ways below. The breakfast provided was tasty and a great start to a day of sightseeing! We would definitely stay at the hotel again based on location and comfort!

This was our second time staying here. We love the location, beds are super comfortable, rooms are larger than many. The breakfast is our favorite part! All the staff is so nice and helpful. Loved that we were able to leave our luggage since we got there about 6 hours before checkin.

Great location in the Monti area near the Colosseum. Room was well laid out (only 2 free outlets though). There was a mini fridge. Rosanna, who checked me in, was extremely personable. There is a terrace at the top but did not seem to be a view.

I agree with a previous review about the bathroom smell being a bit strong; more noticeable on returning to the room. Did not think to open the window as it was cold outside. Heater/a/c was surprisingly noisy but once I ascertained the noise was from the heater it did not bother me. Breakfast was pre-plated but enough: 2 bread slices, 1 croissant, cheese & chicken slices, butter & jam, yogurt pot.

Room and hotel design is very unique, looks gorgeous and very different from the other hotels. Hotel offers you a breakfast downstairs, which for me was just perfect (cheese, ham, bred, jams, croissants and coffee). Location is 15 minutes walk from Rome Termini Station, not far from Coliseum and other sightseeings. Personal is nice and really friendly. They cleaned room every day. Mini bar prices are reasonable. WiFi worked perfectly.

Windows are facing the street with stone block pavement, so it gets pretty noisy when cars passing by.

The location is brilliant. About 15 mins walk from the train station. Colosseum was about 15 min walk as well. Circus Maximus was about 25 mins as we saw Springsteen there on the Sunday night. The roof terrace is lovely as well and plenty of seats to relax and enjoy a drink.

There was no choice what to eat for breakfast. We found it all good but I’m not sure it would be to everyone’s liking as it’s not a buffet and the waiting staff brought it to your table.

Exellent location. Walking distance to main touristic atractions ( 10 min walk to colloseum, 15 to fontana di trevi). The room was very beautifull, nicely furnished and clean. The pillow was a bit tall and the duvet a bit heavy but this is a matter of taste. I would definetely come back here.

For those who prefer the breakfast to be more varied this might be a cons. They serve the same breakfast every morning, which consists of: 2 thin slices of prosciutto, 2 slices of cheese, bread, jam and butter and a croissant. They also offer a glass of juice and coffe/tea.
