Roma Luxus Hotel

The location of this hotel is perfect, within walking distance of all major sites like the Colosseum, Forum, Palatine Hill, Trevi Fountain, and Piazza Navona. We ordered a private car to pick us up at the airport through the hotel at a competitive price making the travel from and to the airport convenient and easy. The breakfast was perfect for us, with a bit of everything brought to the table, excellent coffee, and smiling and friendly staff. Our room was behind the elevator with a little bit of noise, but far less than what I have had elsewhere. After a long day roaming the streets of Rome, sleeping was not an issue at all :-)

The room temperature was high, with no opportunity to open the windows. It might have been me being unable to get the ventilation working as it should.

The hotel is a renovated old convent with all the modern conveniences. The location was perfect for the sights of Rome. Easy walking distance to the Metro Subway station. Subways were inexpensive. Taxis were easily available. Uber app worked well. The hotel staff were super nice. Maria or Maritzia was notably special The room was excellent and the bed was very comfortabke. Air conditioning in mid August was a welcome relief from the heat. Breakfast was delicious. Although we were not able to have breakfast until the last day of our stay. I think this was a prime location and an absolutely delightful staff who were accommodating and engaging without being obtrusive. I will recommend it to our friends and families! Rooms were on the small side…

Great location, access to main tourists sites within 10-20 min walk. Warm staff and the room ceiling is high, size is good for two. We got upgraded to Terrance room with two small balconies, which is nice, but recommend not to leave it open in warm weather coz of insects and cockroaches (can’t avoid in Rome!)

room temperature is a bit high but since we went in March, it is manageable, summer might be hot although they have air conditioning, not user friendly, might need to ask hotel staff for help. quite noisy from the street but can’t complain because of central location. Sounds prove between rooms and hallway should be improved

The effectiveness of and professional hotel staff. Superb service from all staff.

Allocated room was too hot, due to aircon not being turned on until latter in the year. The hotel provided a fan, but it did not provide a complete solution. Consequently sleep was poor and disturbed.

The location is perfect for your on-foot visit to Rome. The reception staff is very helpful, they helped us with restaurant bookings, with directions and recommendations and also organized a snack for us on our way out in the very early morning. Our room had a view on a gorgeous Catholic church, did not face the roads and was very quiet. Bar in the restaurant is really good

AC is a little noisy. The breakfast in the time of covid is not a buffet, but a menu, which is disappointing

Staff were excellent apart from a trainee waiter having an off night but even he was a lovely person. They tried really hard to make our stay special unfortunately a few things didn't work out as they had planned. They worked extremely hard to put right the things that had gone wrong. The breakfast offer was fantastic.

It was very dark especially the first room. The food in the restaurant is below average for Rome in my opinion.

The location was perfect, close to the house of the President and within walking distance to major attractions. The staff was stellar. Everyone spoke English and Spanish as well as Italian. The room was beyond big for Rome standards. The bathroom has a luxurious shower and the bed was big and comfy. We enjoyed a wonderful and extensive breakfast without breaking the bank. The car service was reasonable and comfortable. All in all it was a wonderful stay.

great breakfast, the service was great and helpful. the hotel is located very close to piazza Navona and via de la Corso . the atmosphere in the hotel is relaxed and quiet. i was worried about that my two teenage sons would feel it is too quiet but the hotel bistro and the busy street gave them a good wibes. Overall, it was a vey good experience. u really recommend this place!

a pool would be nice and a gym

The most amazing, best design and welcoming hotel, located in the center of Rome. All the sights are walking distance, lots of things to do around. The atmosphere is great, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is delicious very generous. Excellent service by the staff, every small wish or question is answered professionally with a smile - the staff makes you feel like you are the most important guest in the hotel. We will definitely come back again! Thank you very much!!!
