location close to the subway station is convenient. Parking at the hotel. Very fast Internet! The parking behind has two places to charge a car, unluckily I tried too late and was not able to get it working although I had the correct application and credit, bad luck.

The shower cabin has poor drainage, you’re standing with your feet in the water. Breakfast is poor with little choice. scrambled eggs but no fried eggs. The boiled eggs are ice cold. Only slices of cheese and ham on the bread. No Salami or other meat cuts for example. Every day the same, we were there 5 mornings, so it becomes quite boring.

If you travel by car, this is a perfect location! It is easily reachable from the highway, they have their own parking both free outside and with fee in the garage. We parked outside in front of the hotel and we did not use the car anymore because a metro station is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. You can reach downtown in 15 minutes and the ticket is cheap. Cheaper than paying parking in the center by far (1,20 EUR). The hotel room was spacious and clean, the reception staff helpful and provided all information at arrival. We reported blocked drain in the shower and it was fixed immediately. Breakfast was plentiful, though eggs were really weird, like those were not eggs at all but some mixture from the card box. For Italian hotel with 4 stars, this should not happen. The reception recommended a restaurant Rigatoni which we then returned to every night for 4 nights, it was that good!!! It was 15-20 minutes walk from the hotel, which we enjoyed because we got to know the neighborhood as well. Near the hotel is also a shopping center with many clothing stores and large grocery store.

Eggs for breakfast. Please use real eggs instead of artificial card box mixture.

My personal preference is to stay out of the crowded city, I pocked this location and its near to the metro station, about 10 to 15 minutes from the station near the hotel to Rome center. The Staff were helpful and great customer service, the Rooms were clean and the breakfast was perfect. Air conditioning was good. There are nice Local restaurants near by the hotel and specially (cottage) about 5 minutes walk.

The only thing is they need to have better pillows,

An appreciable choice in the breakfast menu, and good espresso to get the morning started. Although it is predictable. For those who need consistency over a lengthier stay knowing what to expect in the morning is preferable. Dinner can be ordered with service starting at 7pm. Meals are large and one serving would have been sufficient for myself and my 5 year old. Responsive to maintenance requests and while housekeeping can be hit or miss depending on the employee, it was mostly spot on. A 20 to 30 minute underground ride to attractions. Not a problem if you prepare before hand - purchase your tickets at the vending machine at the metro entrance (much cheaper) and plan your outings accordingly. The bed a little on the hard side, and the pillows are too flat. They slip between the bed and the headboard. If this can be sorted, comfort increases immeasurably. A closer inspection of bedding is needed. And those that are worse for wear should be recycled out. We stayed for six days and would return. NB - reception is not on the bottom floor. You need to go up to 1 in the lift. There is a little grocer about 5 minutes walk away. But range is not diverse. The Lidl, about 20 minutes walk away isn't much better. But variety is greater. And it is not close to the city centre. But you might prefer staying at a distance from the bustle of Rome central.

for 4 star hotel breakfast did not meet the expectations despite covid, every morning the same offer

The breakfast was good, a lot of choices. The check-in was easy, no issues with that. The bathroom was spacious and the water pressure was awesome for taking a shower. The parking was secure so no issues there. our overall experience was awesome.

I reserved 2 rooms and i would think that they would be next to each other. Numbering was 412 & 413 but they are on opposite ends of the hallway. When i questioned it, they said they were booked and they did have a conference going on, but i would have liked to be next to my family.

very modern and clean. staff is very friendly. even though it doesn't say on the site they have a small restaurant with delicious food. the metro is really close about 2 minutes walk. you pay 3 euros for a return trip (and 50 cent the first time for a rechargeable ticket). in about 30 minutes (with a line switch at termini) you find yourself at the coloseum. The Vatican is a direct line. you can park your car/motorcycle outside, or pay 6 euros a night and park it the garage.

they are still finishing building. I stayed in the hotel for one day during the weekdays and you can hear a lot of the construction works. though it looks like they're almost finished with it.

Modern, contemporary hotel. Reasonably priced, accommodating staff, particularly with toddler. Has a lift which was very much needed with a toddler and pram so that is excellent. Close to transport links. Staff arranged transport whenever we required it which was excellent. Held our luggage securely after check out and even kindly stored our baby's milk in the fridge after check out

great staff, tasty restaurant menu, spacy and clean room. nice tv and good wifi connectivity. The metro works well and it is very conveniently located at only 100 mt from the hotel but the service stops early in the evening (9pm)

a little bit isolated (13km from center). if you plan dine in Rome center after 9pm and don't have your own car, best option is a taxi back to the hotel (about 25euro)

Nicely kept hotel close to the CIA airport, autostrada and metro which will take you straight to Rome (20-30 mins). The room we stayed in was spacious, very clean, had a very good bathroom and a super comfortable bed (even though the bed sheet didn‘t cover all of the bed. Really good for one to a couple of nights if you have a reason not to stay in the city centre of Rome. Staff was very nice!

it said that breakfast was included but when we arrived they told us about the extra cost of 7€. Also, even though I wouldn‘t have a problem walking in the area during night time I am not entirely sure if others would find it uncomfortable. The area could be seen as industrial but there are some residential areas too close to the hotel.
