I LIKED THE ROOM, THE CLEANLINESS AND THE LOCATION AS CLOSE TO THE METRO
NO ACCEPTANCE OF CREDIT CARDS, I HAD TO PAY THE LOCAL TAX WITH THE RIGHT AMOUNT AS NO CHANGE WERE GIVEN AND I HAD TO GO OUT TO MAKE CHANGE IN ORDER TO PAY THE TAX. NO BREAKFAST.

Very easy check in by a friendly and professional host! The hotel is just steps away from a metro stop to get to the center of Rome, which was very convenient. The room was clean, air conditioned (Rome in summer!) and extraordinarily quiet - we never heard our neighbors. Shower was great. Towel service occurred every day, wifi was flawless - a very pleasant place to stay for our Rome weekend! Oh, and there's a little cafe just down the street, to the right as you exit the hotel, Road Cafe if I recall. Close enough to bring back an espresso for me and a cappuccino for the wife - and the coffee and croissants/cornetti were still warm when I arrived. Mmmmm...

Location is excellent,just 2 steps from MetroA Giulio Agricola , leaving you in 15 minutes in the heart of ROMA. The room and bathroom were superb - well decorated and perfectly functional. The bed is extremely comfortable and the cleanliness was top-notch. Emanuele, the owner, is more than helpful and always makes sure you’re having a good time, were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend De Guestibus and can't wait to turn back. Lots of thanks again Emanuele and Ramona!!!!

The room is at the metro station. The city center can be reached in 20 minutes by metro - line A. In the vicinity of the room there are numerous shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Prices in restaurants in the vicinity are 2-3 times less than in the center. The host Emanuelo is very kind and successfully solves any situation. The room is very spacious with a private bathroom. It faces the street and can sometimes be noisy. the room is very clean and tidy. The bed and pillows are very good and pleasant. Excellent price-performance ratio. All praise and recommendation for accommodation.

the underground station is just downstairs, so the location is great. the room was recently renewed.
water flow in the shower is very little. mattress is way too soft. a bit noisy due to the main road. the balcony can’t be opened for unknown reasons

No clean towels or sheets for the 4 nights we were there. Should be 2 days maximum to use the same towels, especially in the summer with the temperature at over 90 degrees. Parking on the street is free, but can be difficult to find.
