Hotel Romantica

The hotel's location is very good; near the Termini train station and also the bus stop. The hotel is also surrounded by many good places to eat and places were tourists can buy souvenirs from. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The elevator still feels like a death trap. It's my second stay here and they still use the same small elevator (they said they cannot renovate it because of a code regarding period buildings). But the more you use it the more you will get to trust it, just be sure to get over the shock the first time.

Very friendly staff, good location, very clean hotel, very good breakfast. The only "not excellent" experience was the internet connection, that is, rather weak wifi signal, otherwise everything really good!

I would honestly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Rome. The location is excellent, it is basically a stone’s throw away from a central Railway Station, which makes it easy to get around the city by bus or metro, or even on foot, but it also means you could get to and from the airport by train without any difficulties. The hotel staff is very pleasant and they were there to answer all our questions and help us. Our room was very well equipped and cosy and moreover it was very clean. The sheets and towels were being changed daily and I really can’t complain about the tidiness. All in all, I find Hotel Romantica an amazing option for a city break in Rome!

The welcome from staff, the cleaniliness of the rooms, the room cleaning service and breakfasts were exceptionally good and provided great value for money. The location was excellent. It was 2 min walk from the Citys 'Terminal' Bus and Rail station and then only a maximum of 30 min walk to the heart of the attractions of the City.

The room was very small but given the age of the building and the hoteliers desire to not alter the original structure then you accepted things. I admit, it would be a little uncomfortable for a couple over any length of time but for the 3 nights we were there it was fine and offered exceptional value for money.

This hotel is situated within 5 minutes walk from Roma Termini, very convenient if you come to Rome with a train or a plane. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is relatively rich for Rome, as you will get some ham and salami, boiled eggs. The rooms are small, but not to the point of being inconvenient. Air conditioning is working, and it does not smell with fungi as most of the units in Italy. There is an elevator, so you do not have to carry your baggage up.

There are many things that I liked about Hotel RomAntica, some of which include that the staff is very friendly and helpful, the location can't be more practical and central than this, the rooms are clean, and the price is good.

I would 100% recommend the hotel. There was only a slight issue with the air conditioner; it did not cool the room as much as needed, but the staff promised to have a look at it and fix it. The bathroom is somewhat small (especially the shower cabin), so it can be challenging to shower for a big person.

Breakfast was yummy. All staff very friendly. Will recommend hotel to anyone.

Location is near Termini, so it was very easy to find all the connections to town and airport. 15 min walk to Colloseum. Very close to supermarkets. I found the persons working at reception and restaurant very kind and friendly. Also housekeeping. Rooms are in an antique style, so don’t expect to be modern, but they’re clean and warm. The escalator is also a plus. We felt safe, because there was no problem on letting in the reception area our kids strollers.

Even if it’s tasty, because we stayed for 6 days…we wanted the breakfast to be more diverse, not the same thing every day. (maybe some scrambled eggs, omelette will complete the menu) Our room had a street view, so it was a little bit noisy.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the main station Termini. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned every day. The room size is enough for two people. Breakfast is prepared with sweet croissants and pastries, as Italians are accustomed to. But the coffees are very good. In summary, it is a clean and stayable hotel. If I come again, I can stay in the same hotel again.

The location was perfect for us. Five minutes walk from Termini so close to Metro for getting around. The surrounding area had lots of shops and eateries. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Our room had everything we needed including a free wall safe. There was a lift in the hotel and a pay for drinks (hot and cold) machine in the hotel foyer. Breakfast was provided. Continental, with rolls, meat cheese aegis as was yogurt and pastries and as many hot drinks as you wanted. We would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Only slight downside was the street could be quite noisy at night but we were so tired it didn't matter too much
