I liked the location of the B&B, most attractions are within walking distance. For Vatican City there is an underground close by. I liked my room it was cozy and very spacious! The shower had a great water pressure. Even though it is a B&B, I didn't feel intimidated when I stayed there alone after my family left earlier. Rooms were cleaned everyday, towels and bed sets were changed daily. For breakfast we had coffee with warm pastries and yogurt, not a lot, but it was nice. Check out was at 10:30, but my flight wasn't until 17:20, but I was able to leave my suitcase at the property until 14:00 and had help with the taxi. An apartment has five ensuite rooms, so it is great if you are travelling with family and/or friends.

Something to bear in mind if room windows face the main street, then it will be noisy from the tram at night.

Brilliant host who looked after us so well. A really comfortable bed and spacious very clean room. Secure and safe access and great for getting the metro or buses to different parts of the city. Really great place to stay.

The air conditioning was not great at a time when Rome was exceptionally hot - it was difficult to sleep in the room because it was too warm - better air conditioning needed. The room being at the road side was noisy during the night.

Excellent location close to Termini and easy walking distance for sightseeing in Central Rome. The accommodation was very clean, Linto went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and provided an excellent breakfast.

Please be aware that there is no kettle/coffee making facilities in the actual rooms, however there is a kettle for communal use in the dining area. Although the outside of the building looks a little “run down”, the security inside the building is very good.

The manager was so attentive and thoughtful. He offered us a lovely breakfast and allowed us to leave our suitcases on arrival until room was ready and allowed us to leave them until our departure late evening. He gave us a map and gave us some highlights of the city and how to get there from the B&B. The location is close to the train station (7 minute walk). The rooms are comfortable. We would totally recommend a stay here.

Room was a good size, bed was comfy and a good space to stay for multiple days. Breakfast was included although with our schedule we only had it one day but was very nice. Staff where helpful on the very first day giving us tips and directions to the near by sites. Close to everything you need many restaurants near by. Most of the sites are within walking distance from the rooms but it's also close to the very useable metro to get to the Vatican or any other parts of the city you wanted to see.

Only thing that was a minus for us was the bathroom was separate to the room. Although it was a private bathroom and was very clean and useable.

Rooms Roma Monti was a great choice for a tourist-focused visit to Rome. We were able to walk to and from Roma Termini station easily with our bags, about a ten minute walk max. They were very helpful with checking us in early. The room was spacious, clean, and the bathroom was really nice. We appreciated the blackout curtains to help us recover from our red-eye. The breakfast was delicious, very generous servings and fresh coffee, and the breakfast room is lovely.

The staff at Rooms Roma Monti were amazing. Super kind and accommodating. We were upgraded to a room with an interior bathroom and offered coffee and juice upon arrival. Linto went above and beyond during our stay. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location of the b&b was very close to the station, which was convenient for what we needed, but not as lively and occupied as main roads/the Center. Overall great experience!

The property was super comfortable and clean. The staff were very attending as we were stuck waiting for insurance claims to get through. As I was injured the staff provided me with accessibility and ensured I was comfortable in my stay. With no idea when we were going to leave the staff were kind enough to accommodate to our needs.

Very clean, rather stylish little first-floor 'B&B' near Termini station and Santa Maria Maggiore basilica. A short walk from the heart of Monti, and close to the Colosseum as well. Good value. Host was available and helpful.

Our bathroom was not attached to room directly. Still, bathroom was very nice and was for our private use only, and management advised us clearly after booking about the bathroom, so no complaints. (Other rooms may well have bathrooms attached)

Absolutely great place to stay at! Big and comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom. great location close to the train and bus station, many local shops, restaurants and cafe’s. The room had the air conditioning. The cleanliness was at the high standard too. Linto the assistant was very helpful! He advised us on the Rome exploring and was always available if needed.
