Small TV and not the most comfortable bed

The hotel has a perfect location for tourists visiting Rome, within a 5-10 minute walk distance from Termini train station, with connection to trains, Fiumicino airport (via buses and Leonardo express) and metro A and B. We had the triple room, which was exactly as described on the Booking.com page. It was large, clean, with three comfortable beds, and with air conditioning (no extra payment). There is a desk and mini fridge in the room. The bathroom was equipped with a toilet, bidet, sink and a narrow shower cabin. The room cleaning was done every day. The receptionists and the ladies at the breakfast were all very friendly. The breakfast was decent, small choice but tasty, and can be served in a nice inner courtyard. There are numerous restaurants nearby; I highly recommend Trattoria Cecio, a 3-minute walk on the left direction after exiting the hotel building. We felt safe in this hotel because the receptionist must buzz you on the floor where you have the room; the same thing happens during the night at the entrance to the hotel building.

Excellent location, very close to Termini, but no noice from the streets at all. Nice small terrace on the first floor. Very clean room, quite small but including everything we needed. Ok breakfast. I expected much less after reading some reviews. Obviously in a small hotel in Italy the breakfast is not huge and there's nothing green, but it was good enough for an adult and a child. There's plenty of good restaurants nearby, one just downstairs.

Quite dated rooms, but it didn't bother us because they were spotless clean. The neighbourhood might not ne the safest to walk alone at night.

Decent room for the money paid. Everything was very clean, the air conditioning worked very well and there were extra blankets in the wardrobe if we wanted. There was a small patio area right outside our room which was easily accessible for my fiancee who smokes.

Very thin walls, you could hear everything going on in the rooms around you and we were woken up at 7am by noisy guests. Also, the place was old and the doors didn't lock behind you. At one point a stranger walked into our room accidentally and it kind of freaked us out. You had to lock the door with the key on the inside to make sure no one would walk in. The beds were very uncomfortable and woke up with back pain.

Excellent location, just a couple of streets away from Roma Termini station, 3 or 4 minutes walk. Breakfast was good, typical continental offering with plenty of choice. Staff were very helpful, they were very happy to offer tips and suggestions about Rome, and spoke English. There was also a small fridge in my room.

If anything at all then possibly they could put a small kettle in the rooms. Bathroom was ok but shower cubicle was only very small and nowhere to put shampoo or gel.

Loved how close we were to Termini Station, made getting around very easy. Nice big room, very friendly and helpful staff! Elevator for ease with bags was great addition!

We left fairly early and when we got up the water in the bathroom wasn’t working. Also, our room was very hot and we had to go back to the front desk to get a new A/C remote.

Breakfast was excellent, multifarious, staff was very nice, the room was large enough and really clean. Hotel is located a few minutes walk from Ternini, but far enough not to be in that (not nice) area.

No smoking inside, but you can have your breakfast and coffee in the garden outside.

The location, being 5 minutes away from Rome central station, is very appointment. It is also an easy walk to most of the other major attractions in Romem They serve an excellent breakfast. The Internet connection is good. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing seems to be too difficult. I have now stayed there twice, and would again.

Breakfast was great,wide offer salt or sweet food,natural juice,coffee to choose. Room was very clean and warm,WIFI signal excellent,great hospitality,staff very helpful and kind. Location also good,very near main bus,metro and train station. Warmly recommend.

Everything was fine,no complains.
