Hotel Stadler 2

The location of this hotel is amazing. You can easily walk to all the main touristy attractions and spots, the main train station is a 5 minute walk away and there are many cafes in the area where you can grab delicious breakfast in the morning. One of the highlights of this hotel is also definitely the friendly staff, the receptionist- always there if we had any questions or needs.

The bathroom is tiny and the shower doesn't have a curtain or a brim on the ground so water gets pretty much everywhere when you shower. But overall it's okay for a short stay.

The staff was very helpful and super friendly. The hotel is on the 4th floor of a very old building. The lift and the building look old and not very clean but the hotel is super clean and comfortable. It might be noisy from the other customer and the buzzle door but it was not that bad.And after mid night ,it is very quite. TV has so many english channel and wifi was good.

No fridge. Toilet is very old and noisy.(but it is an old building)

I booked a single room but the bed was 1.5? Size so made for a comfortable night. My room was by the door to the hotel at the back and apart from a few guests returning back was very quiet. I liked that it had its own fridge and plenty of charging points. The fan was a comforting rumble all night but kept the room cool. As the hotel is on the fourth floor I liked that there was a lift

I did not like that there were no tea and coffee making equipment

Location is in 1 minutes of walking from Termini. The man from the reception was very friendly. Room was clean. There was very quietly in the night due to tte fact that the window of the room looked out into the yard.

There was not any curtain in the shower, but this little imperfection is not worthy of attention at such very low price for the room in the center of Rome.

A huge advantage is the location 3 minutes from Termini station; there is a shower in the room and a fairly comfortable bed, internet, and the ability to leave a suitcase after check-out. A very attentive, caring owner: he always helped, allowed me to check in a little earlier upon arrival, and even allowed me to change clothes after a hard day after checking out from the hotel. A sensitive human attitude towards you and your family. His words: "This is your home while you are here" is absolutely true. Read how many stars and mind how much money and if your expectations are correct, then you will enjoy your stay in this hotel.

Great place to stay in Rome! The private room we had was perfect for our 5 night stay, perhaps the cleanest travel hotel/hostel I've ever been to, and the mattress felt brand new. The manager is an incredibly friendly guy, and really went out of his way to help. For the low price this place is an incredible value, there's honestly nothing more I could say I want. Location right by Rome Termini that is convenient for arriving with luggage and is a pleasant walk to the coolest neighborhoods and well connected by subway to the Vatican (15 min) or other farther neighborhoods. Highly recommended!!

i wanted to say at a more classic, authentic italian hotel and I got this, very cute hotel. i only needed a room to sleep, perfect for this. lots of other small hotels next to and in the area, seemed quite secure and safe. wifi great, good size bed, desk, cupboard to hang jackets. location great, lots of cafes and restaurants on same street, next to main terminal and good walk towards all sights like Colosseum

early checkout at 1030, would prefer 1200 when on vaca (take my time a little), but management flexible :)

My main reason for giving this place a high score is the hospitality and care from the (owner?). He helped me so much and even made sure I was safe when leaving at 4am. It's much appreciated and made my whole experience so much better than expected. Thankyou!

Nothing really, the place is as described, small and basic but just what I needed for a quick 2 night stay.

Easy location, friendly staff, good value, air conditioned

Doors to the rooms are thin, and you need to leave the key at reception when going out so whoever is on the front desk doesn’t get good rest if you get back late.

The guy looking after the place was very helpful. The place was great for the price. Very near the main bus station and underground.

The lift was broken the first day, and I had to carry two lots of luggage up 4 floors. It was working again the next day however my girlfriend was put off using it.
