Palazzo Montemartini Rome, A Radisson Collection Hotel

the best part of our stay was the staff. they were so friendly, kind and helpful! the room was beautiful, the spa was stunning and the cocktails were so tasty.

it can’t be changed, but the location was surrounded by homeless people, and it seems quite a rough area. it made it intimidating walking around at night!

Location is just across the Roma Termini (Train) station. You can just walk from their to the hotel. Lots of sceneries can be walk from the hotel and you can also find some Osteria or ristorante and some shops at the back of the hotel. Staffs are helpful and kind as expected.

The location of our room is quite strange since you have to go up the stair and down again since its not on elevator level room.

Stunning courtyard entrance makes this an imposing building. Close to the station or useful for Ubers to safely deliver you. Very welcoming staff offering very friendly service. Appealing bar and restaurant, which also doubles as breakfast area. The breakfast and service was generous (great if it’s included in the bill, not if you have to pay separately) and offered GF. Lots of lifts and nice reception to wait in. Beware of two issues: the pool/spa is an extra daily charge and, given we chose this hotel for our younger guests, it is adult only… also, like everywhere in Rome there is an additional city tax.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was large, spacious and very clean. Everytime I got back to my room, it was great to find a nice gift from the hotel (a wine bottle, chocolate, cookies, etc.) - with a greeting card. That added a nice touch to the stay. I asked for a late checkout from the staff, as I had an evening flight, and the hotel kindly allowed me to stay until I had to get out for the airport. The location was great.

- The temperature of the water on the shower was an issue. It was never hot enough, and on one occasion it was even less than acceptable. I complained about it, but apparently nothing was done about it as the problem kept on happening until the end of my stay (2 nights). - The room is very large, but the TV screen is way too small for the distance from the bed. - The hair dryer I received with the room was broken, with exposed wires, and a melted part on its head. A real hazard. After letting the staff know about it, a new one was placed in the room (for some reason, the broken one was not collected, and remained in the room as well).

The hotel, room, and general facilities - it was all fantastic. The location was prime! The small things like leaving tiny biscuits on the bed and refreshing water and fruits at reception really made the stay that much more enjoyable.

One of the staff at reception promised us a late check out because of my Radisson membership, but did not emphasize in any way that this was not a guaranteed privilege. This caused a big inconvenience on our part as we had to pay extra and change up our trip back home.

It was in a very good location, very convenient to everything, the breakfast was very good and the room very comfortable and clean.

Conveniently located in front of Termini, it’s the perfect location if you’re in town for a short time or just passing by. I was worried about possible noise in the rooms at night because it’s a very busy area but they made a great job with the soundproof - the rooms as well are huge, with high ceilings - extra plus for the bed which was very comfortable and furnished with top quality bedsheets, something that i appreciate a lot when I travel for work.

The design could have been done better for sure, from the awkward disposition of some elements in the rooms to the tragic entrance of the hall which has the feeling of a 3* hotel in some Eastern European country - and the uniform of the staff as well is really not on a 5* standard - at Addison you can do better!

A perfect stay! The staff were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The room was beautiful and clean, each evening we went to the bar for a delicious cocktail. Included in our room rate was the spa which was incredible, the host was welcoming and we received complimentary tea and treats. the breakfast each morning was varied and the crepes were the best part! I have been to Rome three times now and this hotel is by far the best I’ve stayed at. wouldn’t stay anywhere else! great location near the station, only a 20 minute walk and you are in the heart of Rome.

Only criticism was that in the spa there was a bold on the jacuzzi steps which cut my foot. other than that no faults! Fabulous stay!

The very welcoming and friendly staff, the delicious italian breakfast (no awful pancakes in sight but pannetone, italian cakes and crispy croissants!) in the beautiful restaurant and the great location in front of the Termini station.

The decoration of the room was a bit minimalist to our taste. Maybe a bigger picture frame or a lamp like in the restaurant could give a warmer atmosphere. It is the only negative point as for the rest, the room was very comfortable.

The rooms exceeded our expectations! they were a lot bigger than the pictures and the deco was amazing. It looked newly renovated with a modern design. The service was great from the receptionists to the people in the restaurant (breakfast service). A special thanks go to Lorenzo at the front desk who was very helpful and super kind, greeting us with a graceful smile every time we walk in or out. the breakfast was worth taking, it included many options, especially the freshly baked items.
