Very good hostel, suitable for a long stay. It has a great shower: good water pressure, stable temperature, there are shampoo, soap etc (if you happen to forget yours). High ceilings, comfortable mattress and pillow. The air conditioner in the room works good. It was clean everywhere. I would stay again in this hostel.

You can rent a towel for 2 euros, or bring your own. Only coffee for breakfast (no tea or juice). The city hotel tax has to be paid in cash only.

The stay was great! Easy check in, and I was allowed to leave my luggage there after check out until the evening in a locker. I was in a 4-bed female and the room was a good size. It had two singles and one bunk bed. Each appeared to have it's own outlet, which is a huge plus. Bed was comfy, room was a good temperature, not too much street noise. There were 4 lockers in the room. Located near the main train station.

Bathroom set up was a little strange. The female dorms had their own bathroom (at least mine did) but the rest shared one bathroom, which was small and weirdly laid out. Some may not like this, but it's part of being in an old building. I accidentally used that one when I first got there because I think the staff member didn't realize I was in a female dorm and directed me to it (room was dark when I got in and I didn't see the bathroom door).

Comfortable beds, great location next to termini, not many people in the place.

Unfortunately a very bad smell of sewage in the bathroom, even though it was clean.

I was really pleased with this hostel after reading many unfavourable opinions on booking. The stuff was kind, my bed was comfortable, the bedsheets were clean, the power outlet was just next to the bed. I was happy with the number of lockers, because there were 10 of them in the 4-person room. There was soap in the bathroom which looked clean as well. Breakfast was indeed nothing extra but was included in the price so I see no reason to complain, the doughnuts were super tasty. The location is great, just a 10 minute walk to the termini train station and metro, so it’s easy to get to the airport and the tourist attractions, but walking on foot is not a big deal as well. There were several good restaurants in the building. The WiFi functioned well.

I wish that there were bedside lamps in the room because you need to light one lamp on the ceiling until late. It wasn’t a problem for me as I had friendly roommates and we would decide when to turn the light off but if someone wanted little to no light early - that could be a problem. The windows weren’t very soundproof so during the rain it would get super noisy.

Great location near the Metro and Roma Termini. Comfortable digs.

Needs a little maintenance.

Was so excited to have a normal single bed not bunk beds! I was in the 4 bedder and it was super spacious, heaps of lockers as well as a desk. Bathroom was clean, free pastry for brekky which was great (not sure why people are complaining about the breakfast, it’s free so just take it or leave it lol), location was close to the train station which for me was more convenient than being close to the attractions. It’s still relatively close to stuff though so that wasn’t even an issue. Air conditioning was an awesome bonus and the staff were great.

Obviously it’s more expensive than your regular hostel but that’s just Rome so what can ya do?

Absolutely fantastic girls in front desk (Julia and her other Ukrainian friend), small breakfast - coffee + cornetto, great localization, clean Room

Everyday around 8.00 stuff (not the front desk!) was coming to the room talking laudly, not respecting at all that People are sleeping. So ready or not, , you are up at 8.00 everyday. And it wasnt 5 minutes, oh no, they could chat and chat for like 20 minutes or more, waking you up to ask the questions like "is that your towel?" In that regards that was the worst hostel, everything else was ok (beds could be better though...this ones looked like could fall apart). Other than that the "morning shift" was also friendly and helpful.

Being a solo and simple traveller, I think the facilities provided by the hostel meet all requirements. On top of that the standard croissant breakfast looked fine to me. The room was big with normal beds(luckily no bunk bed).

No problem from hostel facilities- Just that had a hard time sleeping one night due to other guests who were talking loudly late night until early morning in balcony attached to kitchen. Hostel management can think of installing soundproof borders to the glass windows of rooms sharing the same balcony.

We stayed at Legend R.G for three nights and had a triple room booked with breakfast. We were extremely satisfied with the value we got for the price, especially given the ho(s)tel's location, situated right at the main train station. The staff was continuously nice to us, did a great job & assured that we were happy. Also the restaurants on the street were all very very good, considering each restaurant's price range. I feel like allowing two pastries per person for breakfast would be a cheap leverage to directly increase customer satisfaction. And as appearently most guests don't stick to the rule anyway, this could also lead to less stressful situations close to the end of breakfast.

The location regarding the shuttle bus to and from the airport and trains. The staff knowledge of the area. The size of the room.

I was asked to pay for my stay when I arrived even though I had prepaid. This wasn’t an issue when I proved that I had by showing the email, but other tourists might accidentally pay twice so worth checking the system is up to date.
