The staff were really nice and helpful, they even made a reservation for a restaurant and gave advices for transport and sightseeing.Rooms were clean. Breakfast was organised quite good. Location is really good, 5 minutes walk to Termini station. 10-15 minutes walk from piazza Venezia and main tourist attractions. 2 min from the hotel there is great church and fountain, don't miss on checkin the neighbourhood.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel from Oct 12th thru Oct 15th. The hotel stay was excellent the room was very clean and the staff at the front desk was always available for anything that we needed. The location was great as there were plenty of restaurants to eat at nearby also plenty of souvenir shops. I highly recommend The Gelatist for some great Gelato ice cream. We had a great time there and definitely will be back there next year. I highly recommend this hotel.

The only thing I didn't like was the bed. The mattress was very firm and I have a a soft mattress at home. Also there is no iron or ironing board at this hotel. I recommend bringing a travel size steamer.

The hotel was vvery close to Roma Termini, a walking distance even with suitcases under the hot July sun. Staff was very helpful, they even assisted us in solving some personal requests. The breakfast was nice but not ver much varied. Room and the common spaces was clean. Overally, we are concent with our stay as we found out afterwards that it's not very easy to find out good hotels of good value of money.

Everything was fine, however they didn't let us earlier check in although the room was not occupied before night and didn't require to clean up and set up prior to our arrival. Little dust on the side tables made it evident once we entered the room. Do not expect the iron facilities in the hotel and have clothes which are not easily creasy. It would be better to be a small bar fridges in the room as we were travelling in the middle of the most hot season and were very much in need of cold water.

This' a typical tourist hotel, everything works, but not luxury. Breakfast is quite simple but good enough for a *** hotel. We like most the balcony, we can sit there to have a drink till night. The location is the best, we can walk to the most of famous places within 30 minutes.

The restaurant opposite the hotel have mostly good food, we hade dinner there three days. But last time our son suffered diarrhea from a pasta carbonara, something is wrong. So be careful with their food. There is no lobby as the photo shows, a little cheating.

Perfect choice for shorter getaways with friends and family.

The hotel that suits us, actually the room exceeded our expectation ( nice, clean, and spacious ). Close to Roma Termini train station, many restaurants beside and around the hotel ( Italian restaurants just across and few meters away, a Filipino Fast Food restaurant 10 meters away from the hotel offer cheap meal ), many convenient stores and souvenir shops, nice surroundings, quite safe although we still have to be careful. Bus stop is also close to this hotel. Breakfast at the hotel is basic European, with a selection of breads, cold cuts, cheese, juice, coffee and tea. Most probably we might come back and stay in this hotel

Toilet in on of our room is bit small ( hotel staff had explained to us, since we booked 2 rooms ), but for the other room toilet was okay. If there is a small fridge and electric water kettle, it would have been better.

The Hotel is great, clean, cosy. I was traveling with my mum, she was trilled with location first the hotel is only 3 min to main central train station. Main City bus station is also 3 min from the hotel, every attraction is near to the hotel. Only 10 metars from the hotel is a great restaurant with excellent food. We can see if there is a croud to walk down for a dinner. You have no lot of option for breakfesr, but everything that they offer is 100% fresh and delicious, enough to have normal breakfest. Ladies who cleans the room are so kind, friendly and big 10 for them. Guys on reception are kind also. We will recomend this hotel to all our friend and family who are attending to visit Rome.

Ideal location, easy to get to the railway station with access to the airport and the metro and all the main attractions we wanted to visit.

We liked the property. I would have liked an extra pillow and a kettle in the room, but the concierge offered to provide hot water and was very helpful with everything we needed. The hotel was a perfect base for us with an excellent breakfast and I would totally recommend it and would stay there again.

I needed to be close to Termini to catch an early Leonardo Express train to Rome FCO airport. It was a five minute walk, the block was lively, with a great restaurant, La Famiglia, on the street. It will be safe for a tourist, don't pay mind to some warnings about Termini area. This block is fabulous. The bathroom was pretty, which looked better than the pictures. The beds were comfortable. everything was clean. There is a beautiful garden for a photo, you will see, if you take the stairs instead of the elevator. Floor 1. open the shutters in the stairwell. The front desk attendants were lovely people. The place is open all night so I can got there and did not worry about delays. My train from Formia actually had a big delay.
