The staff were all professional and charming , they made my stay comfortable and pleasant .

I understand that the hotel allows dogs on the premises but having them in the breakfast room and dining room especially without a leash was disgusting and unhygienic. And for this reason I won't be coming back next year .

Staff were all very nice and the room we had was fantastic bed was comfortable and a/c blew very cold.

Went down to the pool the first day and were told there were no lounge chairs available. Looking around the pool area half of the chairs were empty with just towels sitting on them. Very Frustrating especially since they had a towel attendant. With limited space they should not be allowing people to leave towels to reserve spots and not be there.

most comfortable beds ever. dark rooms with great AC. slept better than I have in years. Staff were super nice. Pool was beautiful. Gym was nice. Indoor spa pool was amazing with 7 different pool Jacuzzi experiences.

The pool situation was a mess. You had to make a reservation (the whole reason I paid 4k EUR for 5 nights was because there was a pool). When we checked in, no one told us we needed a pool reservation. Seems they also sell day passes to non guests. When I got to the pool the first day, I was turned away. This did not make the 3 kids very happy. We made reservations for the remaining days but it was still challenging and the last day, they had no towels and made us get our bath towels... I know first world problems but still.. the pool is why we were there.

No iron and ironing board in the rooms, and not allowed To have your clothes steamed or ironed, you have to arrange for hotel service

The only thing is that there really should be one free bottle of water per day. I’ve never seen a 5 star not have this.

Very Italian styled reception area with marble everywhere and bold wallpaper and paintings galore. Excellent outdoor pool with very attentive staff. Despite being up the hill next to the Villa Borghese park, there was a minimal view of the city from our 4th floor room. The room was fine with a nice balcony (not useable during the day due to the extreme heat. Good breakfast buffet. Spa was closed when we visited but is an extra cost facility. The staff (particularly the concierge and porters) were very helpful and friendly.

You really need a taxi to get to anywhere in Rome - taxis are not expensive in town so not a great issue. You do miss the atmosphere of Rome downtown by staying here. If I were just here for business and needed a restful location with a good underground garage, this would be the place. It is not the place to stay if you want to pop out for a walk and immediately see the Trevi fountain. The breakfast offered a service menu to go with the buffet but did not mention that this was a cost option. On one day, I was not charged for an omelette but the same omelette was €10 the next day. Overall, the hotel is expensive despite it being very comfortable.

Pool and garden. Very friendly, hard working staff - accommodating all my requests. Very comfortable bed!

I paid for a room with garden view , plenty in advance - but the hotel has upgraded me to a suite without checking with me. The room was bigger but dark, and the view was on the street - so my dream of inhaling pines present in the garden and overlooking a nice greenery from bright room was not met. Overall I was happy to stay and will return if I get room on top floor with a really nice views.

It was close to the Borghese gardens which was one of the best parks I have been in. It also has two museums and a zoo.

I had two kids, so booking.com kept making me book two rooms which were not close to each other. When I got to the hotel, the front desk switched it to one bigger room but it cost the same price as the two rooms which didn’t make sense to me at all. Felt somewhat like a rip off. Also how can you have a hotel than can’t easily accommodate a family ?

Comfortable room. Quiet location near the embassies and somewhat removed from all the tourists. Pool was perfect for our young kids during the hot weather. Concierge was very helpful in calling for restaurant reservations we could not get on our own.

Pool doesn't open until 9am and I was asked to leave while swimming laps at 730am. Pool seems to be managed by the spa and not the hotel, which seem to be separate businesses. Getting a seat at the pool was a challenge on a few of the days. Less uncertainty around the pool usage would be better.

Everything was perfection!!! Our daughter had the best time in both pools and jumping off the dock in the lake. The Jr. Suite had STUNNING views of Lake Como and the property with the most comfortable beds. It’s literally a dream. We had amazing food and drinks while listening to their resident piano player. The spa had incredible treatments, just remember to book in advance. The staff were exceptional and 5 star all the way!! what a dream to be here. We will definitely be back!! It’s even more beautiful in person!!! Thank you for an outstanding experience!!
